I want to say some words about my journey. i stayed in this hotel for 12 days and these days were the happyest days of my life.everything was really good here food workers cleaning. our room cleaner was Shadat. he is the kindest man i ever met. I have been in many hotels but i never saw cleaning like this. he was very kind to us, always smiling and ready to help. thank you very much for everything.

usage of the property in Jan 2013
The ParadiseIn January, I visited this hotel along with my family for a lunch on Friday. I never expected it would alter my perception about Sharjah. We enjoyed a delicious meal at Caf¿¿ at the fall restaurant at Radisson Sharjah. The meal was impressive. The food at this resort is truly gourmet. The staffs were friendly and attentive. The incredible part about the Friday Family lunch is access to beach and pool which is covered in the price. I¿¿¿d love to call this as Paradise. The hotel has its own beach, and plenty of pools to choose from ¿¿¿ my kids thoroughly enjoyed. It¿¿¿s perfect place to relax.They have fulfilled all our requests ¿¿¿ we wanted to see their rooms and they were excellent. The room itself is amazing. The rooms at this resort are unparalleled, they are expansive, well kept, and are beautifully decorated. We managed to see the suites as well and they also are huge with dining area, living room, huge master bedroom and two full bathrooms with a sea view. We did not have to think twice to book for the local school holidays next month. And we got a good rate. I¿¿¿m super excited to go back to the hotel for another such experience. I would recommend this place to everyone, especially the restaurant.

If you need not be in Dubai
We stayed here as our client is in Sharjah and the drive t/f Dubai can be 1 hour or more.We were pleasantly surprised in it being a resort. Beach, spa, shops, etc.Rooms were large and clean. Excellent service.Inexpensive Chinese restaurant (decent food) and large main restaurant on ground floor - we only dined there for breakfast and it was QUITE good. Large selection of fruits. cheeses, hot buffet, eggs made to order.Many families - Russians and Europeans - so it must be a vacation get-away.Rooms were only ~ $175/night so compared to Dubai - a bargain.

Worst experience ever
This was just a nightmare.I paid one months salary for a 3 days stay and i didnt get any of the 5 starpromising services.where to start! I booked through their site the deluxe room including breakfast.And when i arrived there,there was no booking,even though i showed them the confirmation email they sent me.they didnt even apologize for having me standing there for almost an hour withiut even asking me if i want any water sunce it was so hot.second they find a room for me,the same as i booked but for some reason that they never explained,i had to pay breakfast extra even thiugh it was included!the staff was so unfriendly and rude that really i dont know how this hotel can have people there staying.FInally except the cockroach that i found wondering in the Breeze restaurant,the food was dirty,and they didnt even clean the room and change the towels the next day.is this 5 star?????i tried yo contact the manager but for some reason he was not available,they dont respect our money and they should re consider theur promises on their website.shame on them.

In need of improvement
Our stay was OK. Not a 5-start hotel as I was expecting. We stayed on the 10th floor. Would have been nice to have balconies instead of just plain windows. Breakfast buffet was not great at all. With slight variations in food offered on different days. Always crowded. Tried dinner buffet once. It wasn't worth to pay 140 Dhs per person at all. Ate one night in a Chinese restaurant on property, food was mediocre, some items came cold. Not recommend eating in a hotel. If you are out in town, try to eat somewhere else.Rooms were big. We stayed in business room. Beds were not comfy at all. I tend to like firm mattresses, but this were really firm like a rock. Bathrooms had seen a better days. Dated decor. Only modern things in room were flat screen TV and coffee maker by Nespresso. All in all rooms need to be updated.Private beach - good. Oil rig, sea port next to it - NO GOOD. Almost everyday we stayed there, an awful smell from the port would come. I don't know what was it - oil, paint, garbage, no clue. Plus one of our rooms had a direct view of the place. Beach itself not bad. Not enough sunbeds though, or parasols. By 9 am everything was taken, with no people in sight, just their towels. Pools were ok. Next time on UAE will try to stay somewhere else.
