Far away from 4 star hotel
I used to give nice comment to the place which I visited; but not for this hotel.Let me start with the positive side:- They have a nice private beach and garden area which you can relax. Also they have big swimming pool. - Breakfast spread out quite good with many variety. The staff at breakfast area was friendlyThe negative side:- Reception cannot handle busy check in. We booked for 3 rooms and they are trying to downgraded the deluxe room which we booked for. Though nothing much different between the deluxe and standard room. - Bed is very small. not even queen size for standard room. - When you request something, they will always start with "We don't have", but when you really insisting or start to complain than the room instantly available. - The lady supervisor/manager at the reception promising all the guest who request for sea view to come back at 5 o'clock. How if the guest turn up at 5 o'clock, what will she do?- Beverage price is very expensive. AED 20 for bottle of water.- Hotel is too old and also bed smell... all rooms smoking room... they don't have non smoking room. - The room did not sound proof at all. our room was connected with another guest which very noisy at night. - The need more than 8 hours to scan your ID/Passport. I was worry that they missed place my ID. After the third times back to reception, then only they found my ID which not yet scan. Overall this hotel still far away from 4 star category.

Billing Disputes, Power Outage, Small Rooms
Stayed in a standard room and rooms are very small and they were facing a road crowded with people and vehicles. Rooms and well as the equipment like TV, minibar seems to be old.There was a power disruption of about 15 min in one section of the room and however technical guys fixed it on our notification. Swimming pool and their aqua bar is good. They have a private beach as well and few water sports are also available like jet ski, kayaking.Hotel has 3 night clubs and a sports bar. Night club called Amigo seems to be ok with a Filipino band and with good DJ music. Other two clubs are Indian and Bangali and seems to be funny and cheap.Hotel even has a liquor store where you can buy any brand of liquor unlike in most of the hotels in the UAE.Our checkout was delayed as there were some additional charges in our bill. Apparently we were not the only people who had issues and therefore keeping track of your additional expenses are highly recommended.

Needs Renovations
I came with friends to enjoy the beach. The hotel is cheap for a reason. If you have any standards at all for a hotel do not stay there. I have no idea what these other reviews are talking about. This place was a dump. The food was garbage and we waited forever for it to come. The rooms need updating. All the furniture is old and outdated. I have nothing positive to say about this hotel besides the pool was nice.

Good sea, beach, rooms! Poor location. Too far from Dubai.
Location - 1.5 hour from dubai international airport. Taxi to dubai gold souk 60$ one way. To ferrari world (abu dhabi) - 100$ one way.Food: A lot of cheap arabic/afganian/etc. restaurants near this hotel plus pizza hut and KFC. And Very good hotel breakfast, i loved it so much!Sea and beach: clean, good for children!Rooms: clean, big enough, renovated, but without balcony, and you cant open the window.Temperature in february was +25, sea was a bit cold for me :)So, i advice this hotel to the people, who want swimming, sunbathing and forget about the noise of the big city :)
