A sure place for a retreat
The Hotel, the view, the facilities were excellent, staffs were satisfying. The only thing I did not like was that the receptionist did not mention to me that she put me in a smoking room. The room itself was excellent but I was bothered by the next door guests who were smoking and I had to keep my Deck's door closed to save myself from smelling or inhaling the smoke.

A jewel in the heart of wine country
This is a great hotel. In the heart of the Barossa Wine country. To look out of your window and see hills filled with the grape vines is a beautiful view. Even better at sunrise. This is surpassed by the quality of service at the fantastic world class restaurant. The meal is very nice and the menu filled with selections of quality local wines. But I thank Michael, Dale and the team at the restaurant for the continued high quality service. It is always a joy to visit. Until next time - thank you

bath shower screen
a design fault in shower screen causes water to flow over the bathroom floor. otherwise a lovely hotel in excellent setting, great views of sunrise. good dining room for breakfast with great food. easy to find on maps and google maps, good signage.

Excellent!!!!
Having just returned from 8 days in a 5 star Resort in Phuket, the Novotel Barossa Valey Resort in my opinion was even better, this is our second stay at The Novotel Barossa and hope to return next year, before if we can.Thank you for a most enjoyable stay.And while there had a wonderful massage at Endota Spar What joy!!!!Teresa J.
