Great budget hotel
I stayed at this hotel mainly because its location. Very close to the airport and my work. The room is basic but comfortable, it can be noisy, you can hear other guests arriving specially outside your door. For me, this hotel is ok for people transitting to and from their flights, if need an overnight stay in Sydney.

Good nights sleep after long flight
Check in was easy. Our room was clean and roomy. Bar prices were great and staff were helpful in seating us for a meal after our long flight (prices very reasonable). We just wanted to eat, then sleep and our food arrived very promptly. We had a great nights' sleep, the room was quiet and well lit, and the 11am check out a bonus when you're jet lagged. Shower had good pressure, however no soap was provided. As we had been travelling this was not an issue, but good to be aware of before your stay. Staff are very helpful on check out and flagged down a taxi for us on the street. Thank you for making our stay pleasant, it was a nice end to an awesome holiday. Will definitely stay here again and will recommend to family and friends.

Adequate for the job
Stayed here before travelling by plane and also on return to Sydney. Rooms are quite adequate for a short stay. Quiet with window closed and bed very comfortable. Food is OK but would like some cheaper options at dinner time. Tried to order room service for some lighter options but was told I had to wait till after 10.30pm (for that particular menu) as a large group was expected to arrive, although they hadn't arrived at the time. All staff were friendly and helpful. On leaving I was asked if I wanted a shuttle bus. I said "no thank you" and handed in the key. As I left the counter the receptionist asked if I had a car. I said yes and she said I had to pay $14.00. I said I was not parked in the car park. She then asked if I needed to get out of the carpark. So if I am not in the carpark why would I need to get out of it, peculiar and slightly amusing. Would recommend this hotel and would stay again.

Very basic
A small and basic room with a bizarre, "pod" style bathroom.The "bed and breakfast" rate only includes continental breakfast, not full.It served its purpose for proximity to the airport, and availability of a timely shuttle bus.We had a great dinner at the restaurant and restaurant staff were friendly and helpful.

Somewhere to put your feet up
Stayed here recently for the day only while waiting for night flight; the desk staff were friendly and when I phoned at 9am they said they I could check in early as long as a room was available, which wasn't a problem. (I also phoned the Holiday Inn who said I would be put on a wait-list and even then could not check in until midday at the earliest). I booked online which was a little cheaper than over the phone. There are comfortable lounges in the foyer/ restaurant, plenty of newspapers, and two stand alone computers with a working printer. I had a decent lunch of fish and chips, renamed as something fancy and repriced accordingly, and there were vending machines on each level with reasonably priced drinks and snacks. It's not a hotel that offers room service but the restaurant is open until 11 pm and they are happy for you to take your meal to your room. There is a $6 airport shuttle which is handy but picks up at two other hotels- I would allow 20- 30 minutes to the domestic airport and up to an hour to International. There was no wifi detected in my room on the fifth level and anyway there would have been a charge; there is room for improvement in this, seeing as we are in the 21st century! The hotel is clean and pleasant, so far as airport hotels go. Would stay here again if needed!
