The interior is getting old and tired. Good breakfast, service and excellent location. You could find better value hotel around here thought. The hotel locate on elegant Dong Khoi Street where all the shops, bars and clubs are within walking distance. My favourite coffee shop Trung Nguyen is just a minute walk down the road. There are plenty of good art gallery and good gift shop around. For short stay in Saigon yes I would stay there again. For longer visit I would stay at Sanouva Hotel

Clean, pleasant hotel in a good area of the city about 2 blocks from the Majestic Hotel and the river. Helpful staff, nice-sized room, modern bathroom and better than average breakfast. I would stay there again.

We only went there for the buffet so I won't speak about the hotel part.The place is well positioned on Dong Khoi street so very close to the city hall. The buffet was very good, rich, with vietnamese specialties (even some local snails), rich in flavours but not too spicy so accessible to all.

I stayed here for two nights and it was a nice hotel.The location is great and it was very clean. The staff try really hard and their English is quite good. If I had any complaint is that it should try and move up in star rating as it deserves clients who pay more. In my case my room was recently refurbished, had a balcony overlooking the street, and all worked well. The only fault was it was level one. And this leads to my only complaint - noise.Even with a room facing the street, street noise was blocked by the noise of the local cultural band downstairs and people in the room next door. Due to the design we shared a wall, connecting door as well as had entry doors closely facing each other. This meant when the doorbell was rung it sounded like mine. Sadly I think the room may have been occupied by staff as they came and went often - with two kids and at least 5 adults in there when I looked in it was VERY crowded. Sadly they also cooked in the room and the kids kept banging the connecting door and screaming as kids do.I dont blame the hotel for the kids and have no doubt at the higher levels the issue of band noise is gone too.Even with the noise I would still recommend this hotel to others and I would go back again too - just not to the same room.

We stayed two night at the end of Feb,the hotel in the center of the Ho chi Minh city next to the gem store and good restaurant belong to Bong Sen Group (show a room electronic key and ask for discount meals ).All the front desk girls happy and polite to do quickly paper work and sent us to our room to rest after we flight 9.5 HRS overnight.The Bell boy help us go in a new and large elevator with all the luggage ,the lift just installed before Lunar new year,so it is quick and relax , the hotel have other two lifts but they are small and slow .Our room space a bit small but clean,room have a window look out nowhere (atrium) and it really hot you could felt it if put your hand on the concrete wall or the window's glass ,lucky the air conditioner working good so we slept well because no noise can hear from the busy street.The bath room just renovate and hotel supply all the toiletry for you but the workmanship so bad ,the marble corner not seal with silicon ,the head bolts pop out the marble and the toilet paper placed behind your back that really annoyed but I like the free and good wifi for me and tivi has many channel for my wife when we return to our room to get cold air.The morning buffet breakfast from 6 AM to !0 AM very good ,plenty spreads but we miss one breakfast because woke up at 10 AM so we ate at PHO 24 instead but costing money and less tasty than at hotel .Sunday,we walked to Duc Ba Church about 10 minutes to attend the English Mass at 11 AM session ,this is the main largest cathedral in Viet Nam .If you walk down another 10 minutes ,it will reach the President Palace (dinh Doc Lap) where previous South VN 's president lived.We are highly recommend this hotel because the price ,the location and comfort would give you quite relax during stay here plus hotel staffs always smile and polite
