We stayed at the above property for 3 nights , the hotel is set with a beach wing and a garden wing seperated by a road . We were in the beach wing, in a pool villa , the villa was of orginal Bali setting , it consisted of pool cabana , plunge pool 1.5 mts deep, a courtyard with fishpond , an outdoor living area under the thatched roof , outside bathroom with spa bath shower, the inside section had a sep dressing room and master bedroom all air cond , the villa was orginal setting but due to good maintance it was in great condition , they are upgrading the villas over time . All facilities that a 4+ star hotel are here All staff here were exceptional , Value wise as an accor member was exceptional I would stay again and would recomend to friends

Great Stay
Great Stay, Service is great, Lunch, Dinner, and Happy Hours is Great.but I don't like staying on the building across the street because it doesn't feels like staying at the hotel. Next time, If I have to stay there, I would prefer staying on the main building if the price difference is not too much, or stay at another hotel.

Classic Balinese
Stayed at this hotel in early May 2013 for three nights. It's a classic hotel, with true Balinese concept and guests can feel the ambiance of Bali. Despite the age, the property is well kept to Accor's standard. Staffs were genuinely warm and friendly, which are the typical of Balinese culture. Quality of F&B outlets throughout the hotel are slightly above average. However there are many choices of restaurants within the vicinity of the hotel. Convenient stores are also plentiful in the areas.Personally I feel that the hotel is more of a family hotel. There are a lot of guests with young family members staying at the hotel. If you are couples or solo traveler, do expect the facilities will be family-filled. Not exactly the place where you want to spend your honeymoon. Otherwise, the overall experience staying at this hotel was pleasant.

A true Balinese Holiday
Fabulous to be away from the hectic part of town.The staff are magnificent. If you want a lovely kind perfect driver call Made (Marday) Mara on + 62 81 797 43583. Being apart of Accor you know you will receive that good standard. Pool activities etc are great. We don't dine anywhere else. I have been staying at this hotel for over 12 years for business and pleasure. It is a real winner. This property is older and bit tired in parts, however it is consistent 4 star and I will continue to return.

Great Hotel
Me and my husband went to Bali for a week 14-21st February 2013. We had the garden terrace room (Main hotel block - this hotel has 2 blocks separated by a road) the room was lovely, it was big, clean, and had a separate shower and bath, yet only a short walk (4 ish minutes) to the beach. It was away from the main reception (So not noisy yet only 3 or so minute walk away) and was lovely as it didnt feel like you were in a block of hotel rooms as all low rise. We had a little gate off the main path which lead to a small courtyard and to our room. We had a Balinese couples message in the hotel spa, which was a lot cheaper than a message in the UK, was fab and the spa was very clean, modern, tranquil, accommodating with amazing service. The hotel organised their taxi's to take us to Uluwatu for the afternoon and we felt safe with the driver, was friendly, spoke English, it was a reasonable price and he guided us to the temple and waited for us. The hotel also arranged 2 trips for us - Elephant Safari (Amazing), and Turtle Island. The hotels beach is clean, the food is good - hot and a lot of variety whether breakfast, lunch or diner, happy hours - perfect and then evening entertainment. The pizzas at the beach restaurant are lovely and huge! The pool is also good as there was plenty of seats, clean and they even have a sun lotion desk - just in case you forget or need a higher factor! We did have a leak in the roof over the bathroom with the heavy rain one night so we reported it and the maintenance man came straight away and fixed the roof. Dont worry about the hotel having 2 blocks as there is a member of staff that as soon as you start walking towards him - he stops the traffic to allow you to cross - the other block (High rise - may even appeal to you more as quieter pool).Would recommend this hotel.
