We spent the weekend at the Fairmont Resort, it¿¿¿s a great hotel for the family with a lot of kids activates. The hotel staff were friendly, helpful and professional. The seafood buffet is highly recommended.

Nice family friendly resort
Excellent resort in leura. It has so many activities for kids that they dont have to leave the resort, eg; outdoor and indoor swimming pool, Board games room, movie theatre (3 shows daily), video games room, library, outdoor area and another room for small kids.Make sure to include breakfast since they have a very wide variety to choose from, especially try the fresh honey.The indoor pool has a spa in the corner and guests don¿¿¿t have to bring towels to the pool since there are plenty available.In-room dining is very good and reasonable, make sure you order all in one go since there is a $4 cost for every order.The theatre timings are 1.30, 4.30 and 7.30 from memory.The queen beds are very nice and comfy.The staff are very friendly and obliging.Make sure you become a member of L¿¿¿Club Accor which is free of cost so you can accumulate points.

Sales conference
Visited this place for a sales conference with about 25 colleagues. The staff are are very friendly and accommodating and have a real country can do feel! There is so much room in the place and plenty to do.

Good resort in a lovely setting
The Fairmont is a lovely resort in a beautiful setting in the Blue Mountains. I went to a conference there and it was very good, there is a fantastic bar with views of the mountains and a large fireplace which is very nice. My only issue with this resort was that it lacked 5-star PERSONAL service, and some attention to detail in cleaning in the rooms (windows had great views but were dirty and had cobwebs) and the conference centre (ceilings had mouldy spots and walls weren't clean).

The holiday for everyone
Again, the Fairmont was clean, tidy and crisp. The pool area was beautifully maintained and warm. The food was delicious, the view spectacular and the staff- especially David at Concierge - friendly and hospitable. It is like going home for a holiday! For a family, this is the perfect spot for everyone, with golf at the door for Dad, Spa treatments on call and the pool, tennis, movie, cooking etc for children.
