We booked into this place looking for somewhere close to the Port, which it is, for some R&R away from the kids. We paid for one of the more expensive rooms at the hotel, which looked great. The problem is that this hotel adjoins a McDonalds restuarant and drive-thru. So on Friday and Saturday night you get hotted up cars and drunks on foot visiting the Maccas. It started at about 11pm, and then we were woken at 1am, 2am, 3am, 4:30am with foul language and fighting. Its not managements fault this occurs, but they know this is a problem and didn't tell us. If they told us we would have paid more for a room in a quieter location! But management were not honest and were more insterested in taking the cash from their guests than ensuring they have an enjoyable stay. When this is added to the clearly audible traffic noise from High St, don't expect to sleep when staying in these rooms. Unless management are willing to be honest about the noise affected rooms, it might be safest to avoid this one on weekends.

I stay monthly for work and honestly wouldn't look elsewhere. Love the rooms, massive bed & plenty of room. I always feel safe and the staff are so friendly!Love rating dinner at the restaurant & breakfast in the morning! Makes a work trip kind of feel like a mini holiday!

Stayed here many times and last stay was disappointing. Stayed in a noisy room, only got a few hours sleep, greens didn't come with my meal (10 minutes later) service slow, room was ok, minimal choice o cereal.Will go elsewhere from now on....

My wife and I stayed here for two nights recently, The price was expensive for the quality of the room and breakfast was an extra charge for what you could only call minimal. making the stay well over what would be acceptable for the standard. The room was apparently one of their "refurbished" rooms, the bed was extremely soft, the fridge was overflowing with ice build up inside, the Air conditioning was inadequate and the place is generally tired. I will definitely look elsewhere for our next stay in Echuca. The restaurant was closed for dinner.

We stayed at this motel just after the new year for a break from Bendigo. We booked the hotel through last minute and prehaps this is why we did not get a refurbushed room although we did basically pay the rack rate. Hotel room was spacious, quiet and bathroom was large and clean. We stayed in a spa suite which had a little bar area, queen bed and a pull out sofa bed. For the rating I woud have assumed more attention to detail would have happened such as providing face washers in the room and checking the spare pillows for the sofa bed were clean (this was quickly rectified however even though it was midnight!) All in all it was a decent place to stay in Echuca however, I would probably shop around to get a better deal next time.
