Nice hotel out from the hustle and bustle of the city
Our family of 4 stayed here for 6 nights, we had grand deluxe room with balcony, which included a king size bed and a double bed, lounge and desk. Room was clean and a good size for the 4 of us, nice size balcony.e were overlooking the ocean, the Marina view is better. Free shuttle bus was good and we used it nearly every day (about 35 mins to get to the city) staff were polite and helpful.

Nice but not great
This hotel was nice, the room was huge but there was no wow at all. The rooms are tired and need a revamp. They are clean but look 90's. The pool area was ok , there was a kids pool with a water slide but aged. The beach area is ok but the hotel does not have its own private section and it is packed on the weekends. There is not a lot around there. The hotel restaurants ate expensive and over priced for the quality. The breakfast was stupidly expensive. There is a small out door shopping area walking distance with several good restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy ect. Nice enough I won't be hurrying back though.

Dire
Whilst it has splendid views to the sea and a nice reception that's just about all it had going for it. I could not walk properly for 2 hours after getting out of the beds. It was impossible to speak to staff. Its as if they were robots trained with just one phrase to answer every question. Mantras. It was so impersonal and frustrating beyond extreme. I just could not get through that I wanted chicken breast and not legs. Totally impossible even with sign language. And stone cold. I had a pen and paper and drew a microwave and it still came back cold!! We picked it on account of the pool and we would not be allowed use it. They put up a sign to say there was thunder warning & it's closed. Around 10 of the staff were in it. I asked how come they can? "Don't understand. Go to beach". I said "if there is lightening which there isn't, the beach is just as dangerous. "Don't understand". They wouldn't even give us beds. The lushous garden was roped off also and this was advertised as something for guests, but was only used for locals. 10 days and only 1 day allowed at pool. Local restaurants serve equally bad tripe. AVOID or face serious disappointment. And for that money also.

really nice hotel
I stayed in this hotel about 4 days. I have great experience during my visit. I really like the service, food and view from my room.This hotel also have free bus to the city. So, if you want to go to the downtown you can simply take the bus.

Fantastic Hotel & Location
Great hotel, my first trip to HK, was there for 4 days and had a great time. The breakfast was amazing, best I have had since living in Asia. Nice to have somewhere to retreat to after a busy day in the city. Shuttle bus was excellent and easy to use. Will for sure go back
