We stayed here for one night. James the owner met us and was very helpful with maps and recommending a local pub 'The Cricketers' - great food. The room was good, spacious and very clean. The housekeeper was an absolute gem. She sorted out small issues efficiently and cooked a great breakfast. My only gripe is that I hate the small packs you get in most B&Bs and this one has everything in small packs, nothing to set it apart. Value for money and we would stay again.

Excellent B&B with friendly staff and good facilities
Very welcoming attentive staff, excellent place to stay close to Cardiff city centre and shops. Excellent breakast included, the room was good with a nice bathroom. Overall it was a very enjoyable stay, would definitely recommend this place to other travellers.

Excellent place to stay.
We stayed 17th & 18th march to watch the rugby. The staff are so friendly. Rooms clean & comfortable. Everything you need is supplied. Breakfast is excellant.This is as good as you get. Would certainley stay again.

Such a friendly place, would definitely recommend
I booked this for my husband who was on a stag weekend in Cardiff over the rugby weekend.He reports that the staff were lovely and friendly.His single room was clean and comfortable, he raved about the fantastic breakfast and the location was quite good, with only a 1 mile walk to the centre of town.Would definitely book for us both on our next visit to Cardiff.

OH SUCH A GOOD PLACE!!!!
Dexby Town House is a fantastic place. Clean, lovely decoration, excellent breakfast but mainly a place where you have a proper customer service. Walk distance from city center and you can take buses to everywhere from bus stops a minute walk. I used to walk through the park behing it to get to Cardiff Castle. And if you want to have a proper CAWL (welsh broth) go to the pub 5 minutes walk. And the price, well it was an offer, but WHAT AN OFFER!!!! I paid ¿¿70 for 2 nights. VERY WELL WORTHY!!! I strongly recommend. FULL MONTY!!!!!
