Me,my sister and a few friends had a great time staying at the hotel. The room is spacious, lovely and clean toilet and bath, right within our budget. Staffs are very friendly kind, with good customer service and they see to it that they attend to your needs. Only problem is the parking since the surrounding area is under construction but the friendly staff will assure you that they will look upon your car needs when necessary. Over all I will recommend Vision Hotel as a budget hotel but with a 5 star rating.

Not Bad
I stayed with my 5 children in two of the suites; they were clean, and the kitchen was well equipped. The hotel itself is in kind of a weird area, but there is a little market across the parking lot, and reception will call a taxi for you any time, so it isn't much of a problem. I would say the only downside was that the staff weren't all that child friendly- being in the middle east... this is somewhat unusual.All in all, this is a very decent hotel, and we would probably stay here again.

Excellent hotel
We had booked an apartment for 4 nights and were very satisfied. Check-in was friendly and fast, room spacious, clean. Kitchen equipment good enough for preparing breakfast and small meals. all appliances were working. good mattress, iron available. gym is not too big, but ok for a small workout, sauna and steam bath available. the pool is large enough for a swim and the hot jacuzzi just amazing after a long day sightseeing. opening hours of gym 7am to 11pm (pool until 10pm) the most convenient we ever had at a hotel in UAE. Location is good, though not great. 10min walk to Abu Dhabi mall, take taxi for everything else. Restaurant in the hotel is ok, but not great. Better eat out.

Worst hotel experience aver- real security issues!
Staff was polite, though incapable, hence checking took us roughly 30 minutes. Around 11pm at night some strangers opened the door to our apartment!!Upon calling the reception and asking how this could happen, we received a simple "I will check"..never heard from them again!So far...Second night around 1am in the morning while we were sleeping a half naked hooker tries to open the door and enter the apartment!!!Again reaction no reaction or apologies from reception!How can a complete stranger, half naked hooker enter the hotel and wander around!Upon investigating I learned that this happened a lot before, as the hookers just "tip" the "security guards".We decided to checkout 4 nights earlier than planned!!Though we were told that the money for unused nights will be transferred within 7-10 days...no reaction despite 4 mail reminders.The money was transferred after 25 days, after I have asked the travel agent we used for the hotel booking to support us!Despite relatively fair cleanliness and comfort...I would not recommend this hotel again due to severe security issues!

Great choice
I stayed here for 3 nights with my wife and 2 kids. I booked a standard suite but upon arrival was upgraded for free which was great. The hotel is kept impeccably clean as are the rooms. From the looks of it hasnt long since been built. The rooms are large and very clean with very comfortable beds and all the amenities you would need away form home. The breakfast was also a delight with enough on offer to keep things interesting for a while. The staff were always helpful and willing to give thier time. Although its not right near the beach there are restaraunts and local shops for you to get all or any any supplies you need. Its on a main road so fairly easy to get a taxi anytime of the day. I would say this hotel is a bargain for what you get in return for the low cost. I would definatley recommend this hotel and would return for another stay.
