excellent choice
We found this an ideal choice for a city break. The location is perfect, right next to freidrichstrasse station , so train transfer to and from Schonefeld airport is simple and very cheap at 3.10 euros.It¿¿¿s perfectly placed for all the key tourist sights, with the museum island virtually next door and shopping all around. Plenty of snack food offerings in and around the station.This is a fine model of how to make a hotel affordable but without giving the cheap feel so many chains have. The service was excellent throughout , the staff helpful. Everything looks clean and fresh as its less than 2 years old.The room was modern with wooden floors, a big bathroom with all facilities you could want, teamaking tray ( great teabags, but a shame the coffee is cheap sachets only, real coffee would be so much better) . We were on the 7th floor with plenty of light looking down towards the lobby.Breakfast was fine, entirely self service so more 4 star than the claimed 5. Maybe having only 2 coffee makers could lead to queueing at busy times. Decent selection of hot food. The fruit offered is a bit limited though. I¿¿¿d rate it as good 4 star food, but not quite what a true 5 star would offer. However its way cheaper than the true 5 star hotels which seem to charge a huge price for breakfasts in berlin. Ours was included in the rate and felt like good value.The top floor pool and sauna is pretty small and basic with v cramped changing facilities, fine for a quick dip but don¿¿¿t expect a luxurious spa experience. The bar is part of the lobby so doesn't develop any atmosphere to make you want to stay long. The free welcome drink voucher was welcome though ! Overall we found it excellent value for money as long as you don¿¿¿t expect it to be a true 5 star experience as they claim. The great location means I¿¿¿d certainly stay here again.

A lot of value for money
Very nice hotel located in der mitte der mitte of Berlin. Stayed 3 nights and paid 80 Euros per night on average; that was quite simply value for money.Professional and friendly staff. Hotel very clean and quite tasteful in its style. Room very nice, and the daily cleaning also excellent.Svimming pool and gym not large, but very nice. Two small drawbacks: The hotel bar is overpricy, and the drinks are not very good. The same holds for the breakfast. I recommend having that outside the hotel. Otherwise, would definitely recommend this hotel.

Eurostars Berlin
Chosing a hotel in Berlin when you have friends to meet was very difficult, i spent so much time looking at reviews etc and changed my mind several times, i should have just looked at the Eurosrats reviews and saved time, the location was fantastic, just a short walk from main station, the staff were excellent and the breakfast vast, we were busy during our 5 day stay but did have time to chill out in the indoor pool on our first evening, the facilities were again fantastic.Then onto our room, this was very soacious and facing the main street, the trains were a little bit noisy but we made a visit to the local supermarket and bought ear plugs and the noise was banished, the room was big and spacious and the added bonus of a bath.i would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Berlin you won't regret the choice

christmas market trip
my wife and I stayed at the eurostars in december for three nights to see the chrismas markets and the sights of berlin, unsure what to expect, the hotel was in a great location it was clean and modern with good sized rooms and bathroom.when we arrived we spoke to a very polite and friendly lady on reception who told us everything we needed to know, she also asked if we wanted a large bed, not sure what she meant we said yes and were very suprised when the room had a bed you could put 4 pillows at the head.we had a fantastic trip and the hotel was everything we wanted.

Feel new and clean in good location .service doesn't mach
The hotel is great. good location,clean room feels new and attractive price. The service not perfect in solving problems. For example, The pillows are big and bad quality. when I ask them to change to a simple thin one they replied that they know the problem and suggested me to use a blanket instead .say no more.
