Real 5 star hotel
a real 5 stars hotel with good price. only swimming pool is missing. perfect service and very helpful staff! you have real beds. the rooms are vert doacioys and the bathroom us great. the western breakfast buffet ii avzilanke and perfect. i reserved via Ctrip and paid only 550 RMB which is less than $90 taxes and breakfast included!

Nice hotel but the language barrier is an issue
This hotel is small, compared with others hotels with double or triple of rooms, and that makes it so confortable to stay in for a week. Breakfast was always good , with a lot of options to choose from. The room was a delite, with plenty of space, grooming items and a beautifull bathroom/shower. But, language barrier is an issue that can ruin your pleasant stay at this hotel. You can hardly find a person who speaks english or, at least, understand it. Also, the elevators were not working properly, as the doors always closed so fast you can easely hurt your shoulders and arms.

If there is a public transport station it would be perfect
Unlike other hotels, this provide some western and eastern breakfast buffet. You can order the noodle from the counter outside which is very nice.But the location is not that good. There is no any public transport station nearby. In front of the hotel is highway :( you are hard to go across the road too.Besides , the wifi connection only available at the lobby but the connection is very bad :'(If you are only consider for the quality of sleeping, this hotel is good for you

The room was comfortable and clean but staff don't know English. I tried to explain 'toilet paper'more than 10 minutes on the phone. I think it is suitible for chineses not for tourists. I stayed there for its place because it was near my company.

Quite satisfied
We stayed here after our trip to Chengde. It was our fifth night in Beijing. The first three nights we stayed in a different hotel which was quite good as well and the fourth we stayed in Chengde. This hotel was the only one of the four that provided free copies of Beijing travel guides for guests in the lobby as well as in the rooms (pocket guide in rooms). I was so happy to find them free for the taking (we asked reception to be sure). I had a twin room which was very spacious, and the bathroom was also very spacious. Room was carpeted and clean, there's a big LCD TV, writing desk, easy chair with ottoman and no strange smells. Guess we were lucky not to have a room than stank of cigarettes (in Beijing, people smoke everywhere even in air conditioned restaurants!). Food (breakfast included with stay) was also much better than all the other three hotels we stayed in. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful though communication in Mandarin is not a problem for me. I can't offer the point of view of someone who doesn't speak Mandarin since I do and that's what I used to communicate with the staff but when I rang reception, the staff answered in English.At breakfast (buffet style) they had a decent selection of cakes, salads, meats etc. Corridors are very long, but there are several lifts throughout the complex. There's also a nice cosy lounge. Note that the lobby is on the second floor, not the first. We arrived in the evening and left early in the morning after breakfast so didn't really have time to check out what's nearby though on the way, a block or two from the hotel we noticed some street hawkers selling fruits and other foodstuff.
