great location...not so great service
We found the hotel not worthy of the 4 stars it apparently has! when we first arrived, we were greeted with welcome drinks which was nice after a long journey. The room was nice and spacious. However, as soon as we made the payment and went to the room, a letter was slipped under the door reminding us that we need to check out the next day (which was a mistake). We found that distasteful and not something you experience in most 4 stars hotels. we had to remind them over and over to get the extra cot we asked for and it arrived few hours after check in!!! Old towels were taken away without being replaced with new ones so we had to chase them up to get us new ones!!!

Good value with small price

Try somewhere else
Very overpriced, tiny rooms, unhelpful and unknowledgeable staff. Not welcoming after they have your money. Competitive market for hotels try to find somewhere of comparable price.Location is OK but taxis are cheap

great location
The hotel is quite good and clean,located at a very convenient and safe area with easy access to public transport also many good restaurants around for those who dont want hotel food,which isn't bad anyway.It is also located in an area with many stores for those who love shopping.Staff is also quite helpful.Overall a lovely trip and we felt quite at home!

Good All Round Hotel
Just stayed here for 6 days, can honestly say was very happy with the hotel. Staff very helpful. Location good, taxis pretty cheap and metro close by, local amenities, restaurants etc also close by. Food within hotel decent quality. Hope to return next year for business and would definitely use hotel again.
