Great location
stayed here back on April, 2 months ago. it was great location in front of the KL tower, within walking distance to beach club restaurants, bars and the malls. sleep were great but shower bit dark. overall an average stay as we were on business trip and request for 1 extrabed, online, paid. but since from arrival in the airport, we straight went to numerous meetings and just able to checked in about mid night. shockingly the question was only they were not set up our extra bed yet. till we wait at mid night for them to go back n forth at the time we already need shower and rest. wish next time the hotel side can consider this kind of treatment for the business travellers point of view.

It was my girlfriend's birthday, the i was surprised seeing the arrangement made by Mr Rico.overall im happy n satisfied with the service and also will definitely come back and stay again.thumbs up to customer service shown by the staff,a Five Star Service.

Good hotel
Stayed here in april for 1 night, they helped me with the room earlier, i didn`t had MYR to pay the deposit and they said ok, the rooms are wonderful , also the amenities provided. Received a lot of vouchers when checking in, used them for free drinks at the roof top pool WHICH IS AWESOME . Also had discount for breakfast, which , by the way , is very good with a lot of options, don`t understand the complaints. If you read something about going up the hill or stuff you should know that you walk only 100 m or so, you don`t even notice and also you have the KL Tower just outside the hotel ,visited it in the morning after breakfast , no one was there :)

New premium rooms
The egg bath tub is a signature of the new refurbished rooms. Some how I missed the suite with jacuzzi next to my bed during my earlier stay. There is still some bugs need to be rectified in the new premium rooms. The key cards does not work and there seems to be a leak in the plumbing Sistem admitting foul smell from the bathroom thus hamper the real enjoyment of the "egg" bathtub. Would love if the "egg" is also a jacuzzi. The rooms is tastefully designed. I would have given the highest score if it is not for the foul smell which is rather strong.

Great stay
Firstly the location is absolutely perfect really pleased with that. On arriving was happy looked very impressive from outside. Inside was nice too in public areas and the room. Staff were all friendly and helpful, especially when we asked for help with directions for various places.
