Ideal for backpackers on a budget
You get what you pay for, but to be perfectly honest you dont want to be spending all your time in a hotel room when you have the city of Bangkok on your doorstep. Rooms have Aircon, wifi and a TV with a fridge. Cheap rates and right in the centre of KhaoSan road.

Only if you're desperate!!!
Arrived during songkran celebrations. Nightmare as Koh San rd was chock a block with water fighters. Luckily I found a way down a side alley to the hotel. The receptionist charged 100 baht for 24 hours of wifi. Only place in whole of Asia where I had to pay for wifi in the hotel. Bedroom was small. Wouldn't have survived it without the Deet spray. Spray everything! Twice! Bathroom & shower were functional, nothing special. The bedroom doors have fittings for you to attach padlocks to the door - I did so & was the only way I felt my belongings were safe. Didn't eat a meal in the hotel, only fruit for breakfast. Can't fault location- however the back alley to get into Koh San road absolutely stinks!!!!

Need to improve
I stayed this hotel for 1 night,hotel has a great location but room is very small and dirty,hot water is not enough . i saw a cockroach on floor .It made me bad feeling.i will not come back anymorei think there are many hotels you can choose even cheapper than this hotel

So many places are better than this
Small rooms, tiny bathroom. The rooms are dark and really old. Staff want to sell you wifi passwords even if its for free. For the two of us they only wanted to give us one password... Silly... This was the only place for weeks that I have seen where they want to charge for wifi... The breakfast is quite nice and cheap. Tasty and plentiful. But it just saves you time, since there is good food everywhere around anyways...

Cockroaches, better value for money elsewhere.
We stayed 1 night in room G4. Reception staff were ok. Room smelt like cigarettes and must. Found 6+ cockroaches within 2minutes. Dirty sheets/bedding. Toilet had definitely not been cleaned before our arrival! Had read reviews that there were bed bugs, didn't see any, however we slept on top of bedding and sprayed ourselves with deet just in case. Bathroom was very small and had to stand in the shower to shut the door, shower curtain very mouldy. Free breakfast buffet was ok. Did try and charge us for taking toothpaste & map that we did not even see, but still gave 500baht deposit back. We have moved to New Siam guest house for same price and it is much much better.
