We really wanted to get "twin beds" so that my kids could have their own beds and my wife and I would not have to share a small "full sized" bed (we have a king sized at home.) So we decided to book this hotel because they offered this. And not too many hotels in Tokyo do offer this. So we booked two twin bed rooms for the four of us and this worked out really nice.The rooms we big enough, the twin beds were bigger than our twins at home, there was a little funny smell (but not too bad), NO WiFi in rooms (but you could plug into cat5), TV (but only Japanese stuff), and quiet.The hotel is in a business district which ended up being very cool. There is a shopping plaze downstairs that is fantastic and very affordable. There is a subway station that hooks up with the main line or you can walk about 10 block to the JR line. We like the local area with many temples with beautiful gardens, little restaurants with great food for cheap, and just a nice out of the big city feel. We liked being able to leave the crowed and come back to Shinagawa Seaside.The hotel is great. The employees are good at there jobs. The lobby is basic, but nice with a view. And the price was really good. It wasn't the big hotel with a pool, gym, and lots of extras. But we didn't go to Japan to do those things so this worked out really good for the price.

I liked staying in the hotel. Rooms were not big so dont get surprised as rooms in Japan are always compact. Its connected with the Japan Rail and also has a decent shopping centre with AEON. Rooms were very clean and neat. No gyms and no pools.Another thing is that the hotel is located at the 16th floor so you may get confused as I underwent myself. Its far away from the main action of the Tokyo City but its well connected with rail. Breakfast is okay but the view from the lobby overseeing the port is very good....overall a nice business hotel with what you pay...

I stayed here for a business meeting and found it a reasonable place to stay. The lobby of the hotel is on the 16th floor, which was a little confusing when we first got out of the taxi. The room was moderately sized for a Japanese business hotel. All the amenities needed were provided. There was a good breakfast buffet.It is not exactly convenient. We used taxis to get to and from Shinagawa station (it is NOT nearby).

This hotel was clean and neat, with spacious rooms by Tokyo standards for a fair price. It has good connectivity to most of Tokyo. It is a bit far flung from the city centre but has a decent price to compensate for that. Not many restaurants or much entertainment around. Ideal for business travellers on a short trip.

Well organised and clean, perfect and efficient if you stay in the buusiness area of Shinagawa.From a tourisitc pespective, it is very far from Tokyo attractions or nice area = more than 30/40 minutes by train/taxi cab.
