a moderate 2/3 stars hotel
This is a hotel that you like it or dont. During the recent peak holiday season, we were unable to get a better 4 stars hotel in chinatown, however without much choice we settled for staying 1 nite here, knowing that the hotel does not provide much amenities. We had stayed here once before 10 years ago. Well the situation is not much improved, the rooms are satisfactory and the breadfast is no different. The reception staff and room service staff are so so.We are above 70 years and prefer to stay in chinatown and trying out for a night does not matter much to us. For those who wants comfort and expect perfect service, this is not a hotel for you.

Not very clean
The room that we got was smelly and carpet was dirty. Service was poor.Location was at chinatown hence can only travel anywhere by tuk tuk or taxi. There's a market at chinatown where you can buy things in wholesale. Just name it, they hv it!!!

The Location makes it
This is in the heart of China Town and it's location makes it so convenient. This section of the city has everything. Shops and restaurants out your door. The hotel itself is just OK but the staff and service is great. The breakfast is something to behold. (An Oriental/Chinese buffet with a hundred items. If you want fancy room with a great view this is not for you. If you want to experience a hotel where locals stay come and enjoy it. There is no view.

an absolute dump!!!!
we had planned to stay in bangkok a few night and the pictures for this hotel looked nice. when you arrive its a different story....... the hotel was disgusting, the reception is up a few floors so no one helps you in. our room was terrible you basically had to climb over the bed to get to the moudly bathroom and the door to our room had a 10cm gap at the bottom so the light from the corridor shinned right onto our faces. the walls are paper thin so you could hear EVERYTHING and i mean EVERYTHING. the rooftop resturaunt was nothing special and the food was cold and quite pricey. the only good thing about the hotle is they gave us a refund for the extra two nights we book so we could leave early.

Good Location, Terrible Rooms, Terrible Service
Location is in the heart of Chinatown, Bangkok. Fantastic area to walk the streets, people watch and be apart of the hustle and bustle of bangkok. Hotel rooms are very simple, There is no pool despite advertising that they have one !! Service is terrible and wifi is unreliable. The roof top is abandoned and it not the spa that they claim to so called have - Total SHAM!! Don't bother you can find way better places to stay in bangkok don't fall into the trap of this crap place !!
