Good hotel
The hotel has a good location, right in Chinatown, many places to eat and shop are nearby.It's also close to the bus station, if you are arriving or leaving Kuala Lumpur. Citin is quite a famous name, so you won't have any trouble finding it, all the cab drivers know where it is. My room was on the higher floors, with a decent view, and was clean and confortable. The A/C is a bit noisy, but otherwise it was a satisfactory. Most of the personel is smilign and helpful, I would recommend this place.

good location but terrible hotel
Spent our vacation in KL and looking forward to a great budget hotel but Citin Hotel in Pudu did not satisfy our expectations compared to other Asian countries we visited. Receptionist took longer to give us our rooms, they need to call and confirm our booking. They are annoying and looks like they are not happy with their jobs. Two other Malaysian guys are also complaining about their bookings. Very small reception area with 3 seats only. Rooms are old, dirty, smelly and very small. Few electrical outlets to recharge our batteries etc. A/C acting like a warmer. Location is a few minute walk to Chinatown (Petaling Street)

CITIN HOTEL PUDU - KUALA LUMPUR
This hotel is within easy reach of the city centre, and is very close to Chinatown. There is a monorail system straight over the road, and taxis can be found on the street as soon as you walk out of the door.The safe in my room did not work, but the staff now know about it and that will be rectified soon. To compensate for the safe my valuables were stored in the safe in reception.The staff were also very helpful when I needed to contact my airline regarding a baggage enquiry.If I return to KL then I will happily stay at the hotel again.

Its a home for my kids while explore the country
Since this is the first family visit to malaysia and Singapore we were much impressed by the service of Citin Hotel staff and specially by Jasvin Singh the Hotel manager for his kind and courteous gesture.My two daughters were very happy with the hotel staff who were in the front office as well as at the restaurant in the hotel.The food at the Citin restuarant also very tasty. Since the Hotel is located closer to Pudu sentral bus terminal connected with LRT station-Plaza rakyat(just right opposit) the transport is very much easier and most shopping complexes like Berjaya times square,Lot 10, Sungi Wang plaza, BB plaza, China town and masjid India are all in the close proximity. So I can recomend the hotel to anyone who would like to visist malaysia with the family or individual for business or family visit since we feel the service is excellent by the Hotel management.A Ruzny-Sri Lanka.

Continued patronage for Citin Pudu, decent accomodation in budget
I am a frequent business traveller and mostly staying in Citin pudu for my almost once in a month stay in Kuala Lumpur from last 2 yrs..The facility has excellent locational advantage being exactly opposite Puduraya bus stand, within 50 meters periphery has 7/11, laundry shop, KFC, mama stall for local veg and non veg food, many ATMs across the road and also in 7/11, taxi stand outside, and most important affordable 24 hrs available parking.. Bukit bintang and China town are walkable with access to shopping malls and nightlife.. The rooms are quite good in the price and locational advantage.. wifi has sometimes weak coverage, i had given feedbacks and they are improvising on signal strengths.. Moreover the rooms are currently under rennovation and it should further add value.. Look forward to stay in new rooms..Breakfast is mostly complimentary and although not lavish but workable and decent taste.. Special mention for excellent service at reception (miss Kamala), helping security personnel (santosh and bhanu), cafe's friendly floor manager (rajan)..Hope to continue my patronage to Citin group esp. pudu till i keep coming to KL..BhupeshIndia
