Great location
I have stayed at this hotel numerous times. As long as you remember it is a budget hotel in China you will be very pleased. The hotel is located about a 5 minute walk from the North west exit of Shanghai Railway Station. Do not go out the South exit of the station, you can't get to the hotel from that side, there is a Holiday Inn Hotel visible from the south side and I have talked to many people that went there by mistake. Exit NorthWest exit!!!

2 nights stay
i stayed two nights for business at this hotel.it is big hotel and with big rooms ,the location is near the shanghai railway station and coach bus station, but there is no mall or some where for walking nearby.rooms are a bit old and no minibar in the room.also has comfortable beds and pillow.but good for staing for 2 nights with about $46 per night.

7 day stay
This hotel has a great location close to Shanghahai main station and the metro. It is well equiped the normal HIE standard with free internet in the public areas and internet in the rooms all free. They hotel offers a great breakfast buffet. My stay was only marred by very noisy people in the room next door which went on until 02:30 in the morning I complained to the reception on several occasions but they were very slow to respond. For this reason I only award 3.stars.

hotel within walking distance to a train station
Stayed here initially for 2 nights then went to Beijing for 3 nights, went back here for another night before heading back home. We left 1 luggage with them when we went to Beijing and that was not a problem with them. Check in was fast. Room has the ff amenities: slippers, toothbrush and toothpaste, comb, shower caps, coffee/tea maker, bottled water. Free WiFi but sometimes there is no connection. You can use the computers in the business center, anyway, for free. Breakfast consisted of rice, sausage, sauteed vegetables, fried noodles, congee, steamed buns, cereals, salad with different dressings, boiled egg, toast, coffee/juice/tea. Almost the same everyday but I think that would be enough especially if you're not that choosy. View from the window of our room is the train station, nice view. Within walking distance is the train station where you will find many restaurants and shops. Check out was a breeze. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.
