Fine hotel
Nice location near subwau en railway stations, restaurants and shops; good room with enough space, fridge and water heater; friendly personnel, willing to help out if necessary. I have stayed there several times and will come back.

Osaka
Wonderful service, clean and secure. Housekeeping and front desk staff were very professional and friendly. Close to Osaka station and many shops nearby. Even though it is near the train tracks, closing the windows and shutters block out almost all of the sound. I would stay here when I visit again.

Brilliant value
This is an elegant business hotel in the Osaka Castle area. The rooms are actually quite nice, very clean and pleasantly decorated. We had a room on the 20th floor with an amazing view of Osaka (we didn't request the room specifically, so I guess we got lucky!). The hotel also has a nice incentive - if you don't want your bed linen changed, they'll give you free bottles of water, which was handy.You can reach the hotel by an underpass from the nearest JR station (Kyobashi).The location is ok - the Castle district doesn't have much in it for tourists because of the business park, but you're only 10 minutes away from the heart of Osaka (Dotonbori, Namba etc) on the subway. It's also 6 minutes on the loop line from Kyobashi to Osaka station, where you can get other JR trains to Himeji etc for daytrips.Overall, a pleasant, cheap hotel if you don't mind not being in the centre of the tourist areas.

Great value for your money
I stayed in this hotel with my sister during our holiday. The rooms where spacious for Japanese standards. Everything was there, the rooms where clean and the hotel was quiet and comfortable. There is not much to do in the area, but with 2 stops by metro you are in the city center. We got the rooms pretty cheap in a busy period so I would say we got value for our money. I have not eaten anything in the restaurants of the hotel building so I cannot comment about that. It just did not seem appealing to us to eat there. We like to go out and eat some where else.
