Our group had multiple travelers arriving on different days and times; Jeff was capable of handling our confusing requests and accommodating us with sincerity. The stay was comfortable, breakfast was a good start to the day and when we asked for recommendations for meals and shopping - the advice was spot on! Second stay here in two visits to Clermont - batting a 100%.

Jeff was friendly at check out and provided me with a map of all the nearby restaurants, which was great since I arrived right at mealtime. There are a lot of restaurants in the vicinity as well as a movie theater. The complimentary breakfast was great. I enjoyed the pool. The room was quiet. I will definitely be back next time I have to travel to this area for work.

The FAIRFIELD INN and SUITES of CLERMONT is situated on CITRUS TOWER BLVD. The parking lot over looks the original Citrus Tower.The FRONT DESK is staffed by FRIENDLY PROFESSIONAL associates.Check in is a breeze! Always a sincere 'Hello" and "How are you"?...The rooms are clean and neat...More on that. the rooms have the necessary! BED!, dresser,desk and chair, full closet, iron, ironing board, hangers, lamps, easy chair, the coffee pot,coffe/filters, and plastic cups.Some rooms hav an 'alcove' for the coffee machine with a small 'cooler' fridge.All of the rooms are carpeted .The bathroom floors are tile. Always plentiful towels, lotion, shampoo, creme rinse, soaps.The work out room while small is easy to manuever. TV and towels are in the excercise room.The pool is gated.Around the pool there are chaise lounges, and tables and chairs for an easy picnic! There is NO LIFEGUARD. You swim at your own risk...Remember that for PARENTS who bring small children ...and let them 'play' with those moronic floaties on their arms...THEY WILL NOT SAVE YOUR CHILD FROM DROWNING....HOWEVER, the hospital is one minute away..so is the fire depatment....More about this wonderful hotel.The parking is self serve and easy access. Although, more lighting would be welcome especially in the back lot area.The BREAKFAST is served from 6:00AM-10:00AM...So gald the assorted times have been discontinued!...BREAKFAST consists of:Scrambled eggs, hard boiled eggs, yougurt, fresh fruit, fruit salad and fruit cups, (in the fridge)...Breads: bagels, bisquits, whole wheat, white, multi grain, sausages, creamed gravy(it's a 'southern thing), in packets: grits, oatmeal, just add hot water. Waffles, with syrup, butter, .Also, salt, pepper, hot sauce, peanut butter, jelly , COFFEE , (the BEST), teas, and flavored creamers for the coffee.Also, skim milk, and regular milk. And the nicest staff to make sure everything is HOT, CLEAN and ready to enjoy.One last comment: While this HOTEL IS EXCELLENT...It appears the 'lady' needs a 'new do''...Maybe re do the couch in the lobby? add fresh pillows? MAYBE the LARGEST ROOM in the house deserves a 'make over"...Matched chairs and a 'new' look'...COSMETIC changes.THE HOTEL IS EXCELLENT. CLEAN, FRIENDLY, PROFESSIONAL.

We stayed two nights this last week. From beginning to end it was delightful. Jeff could not have been more friendly and helpful. Our reservation was waiting when we arrived. This was our first visit to this hotel and we would definitely use it again as well as the Fairfield Inn brand. Connie was so friendly, easy to talk to, plus she really kept the breakfast room clean and well supplied. The breakfast was ample and delicious. We were pleased with the price too.
