Place was nice, neighborhood not so much
This is a clean, safe, efficient, inexpensive hotel. It's pretty large, and they were doing some work on it when I was there. I stayed two nights, at either end of a trip, in Oct 2012. The staff was efficient and polite, the rooms were spacious, the bathrooms were nice and so were the beds. It was comfortable, if not cozy. But after dark, the area was a bit trashy for me. I did not feel unsafe, particularly, but I would probably not walk around there as a couple or a single woman. By day, it's a good location.

I would highly recommend everyone to choose this hotel. A bit pricey but they really have a good service. This is my 3rd stay in the hotel. The 1st night of my stay is the worst as they checked us in into a horrible room. I don't have the pictures. The room is very dusty but because I'm allergic to dust they transferred us to a new room with complimentary upgrade the next day. I would say that the room we had is really nice not to mention the first night of our 2nd stay. Well, I will say their breakfast is nice. Hotel is very accessible, near to US Embassy and walking distance to Robinson's Mall (approx 5mins). There is also convenience store and fast food chains within 100meter. But I must warn you, be careful with the taxi driver. If they know you are a hotel guest they will not use metered rates instead they will contract you. Ask the driver before you ride, "metered or not''? I seek the management attention regarding this matter.

For my one of the nicest Hotel with one of the best Service
I stay in Lotus Garden Hotel a lot of times. But after the first time i feel here Home.To come here it stat with the Checkin the people are verry friendly. If i need anythink they are verry helpful. And they are all verry Friendly from the Checkin Personal over the Security to the cleening personal, all verry friendly verry kindly. Its for my like to come home to come int this nice Hotel. And ti is like ot come in one high class hotel to come in Lotus Garden. The kitchen alsow have all what you need from philippines kitchen over to the american and european kitchen. For shure i come back hier i love it

Wonder full stay.
Wonderful hotel close to many locations ( Ocean Park, Rizal Park, Star City, SM Asia Mall Airport. Great friendly staff. If booking online and you are selecting room with breakfast check your confirmation email it happened 2 me twice when booking online. When I booked the room I selected and was charged for the breakfast with 2 people but when checked in it showed no breakfast. They claimed they couldn't fix it because it was booked onilne. The second time it happen I noticed it right away and called them and they fixed it.

This hotel has awful airconditioning
I booked at this expensive hotel which was overpriced at 3, 248 pesos for one night. Air conditioning was very poor in first room. It was like an oven, small box like pathetic air conditioning.I would not reccommend this hotel at all.Spoke to manager and was shifted to another room, it was slightly better, the air conditioning ran all night and morning and the room still felt warm. What a waste of time.Also had to wait for manager to speak to front desk and get another room which took over 10 mins. When I originally booked into the hotel they advised all rooms were fully booked, then just like that they had a room available. Nice way of cheating or misleading customers.
