Good, Central Location to 'Old District'
First Class Service. Hotel is a little old but is well maintained and very clean. It is in close proximity to the 'Al Rigga' Metro Station -less than 5min walk and also close to the airport. The Souks are only a few stations away, a little further to the newer attractions of Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall. However, the Metro System is really efficient and absolutely spotless with the locals very courteous to other travellers.

A good value hotel in excellent location
I booked this hotel for a three night stay a few days before we were to arrive in DubaI and received an excellent rate.We arrived early in the morning from the Airport (10-15 minutes away by taxi) and were greeted with excellent service. Bags were held as our room wasn't ready and we were given directions to look around the city starting with the free shuttle to the Diera City Centre shopping mall.This hotel has excellent service and can accommodate most requests. Two tour desks operate to provide most tours that you would need.The hotel is situated in the older part and is close to a Metro Rail Station (Al Rigga) which will get you to most places quickly. Around the hotel are numerous eating places and because they are used by the local people they are very reasonably priced.The hotel itself has good size rooms and the air-conditioning works very well. The pool is great for a swim however it is on the roof so you need to get into the limited shade available to enjoy it for any length of time.Overall an excellent hotel for the price and we would stay there again if we returned to Dubai.

pre cruise visit
Stayed here for 3 nights before joining a cruise. Close to airport and the cruise terminal. Good quality hotel and staff very helpful and friendly. We arrived at the hotel at 5 am, and were given our room early which was very much appreciated. The pool was very good with good views. Close to the metro which we found easy to use. Overall we enjoyed our stay in Dubai, and would use this hotel again.

Not always on TOP!
The worst thing in life is facing with an opposite side of your paradigms, sometimes painful! The last time I was in hotel I wrote about it as the best 4stars in hotel still it might be but not for me!as usual I did booking by booking and as I expect the hotel was very responsive to my special requests about late check-out which were signs of a pleasant staying! But my dream picture was broken when I found myself in room 2209, the room with a very noisy AC, not because the AC is not working appropriately, because they set up the whole AC system just behind walls of the room, so you always can hear the very disturbing noise of the AC compressor even if you put the fan speed on the minimum!Pity! Anyhow, I had such an unpleasant staying and I made it shorter than usual, very sad moment for the hotel I loved and now not really, I asked for changing the room but nothing for the first night happened and then I moved out for the second night!still I should give a lot of credit to the staff, still I can't say not to go to this hotel but never go to 2209 and 2210

I been this time only for one night because for a stop over.... but really near the airport and the centre.... Great place, clean, excellent position, close to the centre! really amazing place, Great room service and good breakfast. place to know in Dubai
