Hugely spacious two bedroom ocean view apartment
Good value for money - had hugely spacious two bedroom two bathroom apartment overlooking the pool and ocean. Bucketed with rain like you wouldn't believe the first two days but we just holed up in our unit which was so comfortable, had everything we needed and watched videos and stuff. We were very thankful it was so large and comfy.The unit was dated but extremely well looked after. (If they were remodelled I'm sure they would cost a lot more so that's fine by me.) I was a bit concerned when we arrived that all the bedrooms ran along the corridor with these windows into the corridor to give them natural light. I was worried it would be noisy. But couldn't have been more wrong - whisper quiet all three nights. Would be a problem I suspect if you had some rowdy neighbours coming and going all night but we were lucky. Only sleep problem is if you are light sensitive as there are strong lights on all through the night on the external corridor and the blinds don't totally cut it out. Its an odd layout as has been said in other reviews. After you check in if you are staying in the section we were you never see reception again. Its a challenge to find the designated park and you are thinking OMG what is this but once you've done it once and located your apartment you realise it all works quite well. Excellent secure parking, good lifts and handy trolleys to transport your stuff.Really couldn't fault Breakfree in Caloundra and would love to go back.

Disappointed with noise
Great resort in a great location but - shame I wasn't advised when booking that they were doing renovations (including concrete cutting ) which started at 8am each morning. No window for the bedroom, so no fresh air. Step up & into large bath for shower ( would be difficult for elderly guests as there is no handrail )

Fantastic Resort Accommodation
We stayed four nights in a luxurious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit overlooking the pool with ocean views. The resort is large and takes a little time to get your bearings, but well worth the effort, as the accommodation is excellent and the pool, spa and gardens are absolutely lovely. Centrally located to many eating spots and the Esplanade for walking or just taking in the view and close to major shopping outlets and sporting facilities. Highly recommended.

Great location
We had five nights at Breakfree Grand Pacific in April 2013. Absolutely loved the location. With two small children and no car for the week, we still had easy access to absolutely everything we needed. 3 bedroom apartment was a great size, although the third bedroom had no windows, just slatted doors to the kitchen/living. We would happily stay here again.

Exceeded our big expectations!
We just got back from a fantastic weekend here and absolutely loved it. We have 2 young kids and a baby and the 2 bedroom rooftop apartment was so spacious & clean, it was perfect for us. We all piled into the rooftop spa overlooking the ocean and felt like we were on a real luxurious holiday for half the price. Everything is within walking distance & so much here for the whole family, we will definitely be making this a regular getaway!!
