Great Place to Stay!
We stayed here on a business trip. The property is very well kept, the rooms are spacious and clean, and the hotel has easy access from the freeway.As an extra bonus, there are restaurants and shopping within walking distance.

Horrible customer service
I reserved a night at this hotel on the B/W website; when I changed the dates of the reservation, apparently it just deleted it and I didn't know it. When I called to find the reservation at the hotel, they said they didn't have it. I still needed a place to stay, so I asked if I could reserve for the night. They said no, they couldn't do that, and that we needed to call the place that we made the reservation (even though it was bestwestern.com and not hotels.com/travelocity.com/etc.) and that they wouldn't make the reservation at all, all the while arguing with me about the reservation. I ended up calling the main Best Western office (the 800 number on the website) and making a reservation with them instead. Why would someone refuse to make a reservation, and then argue with the customer about it? To make matters worse, we had to stay there, but the bed was uncomfortable and our door never shut properly (and this was in their "executive suite" area). I will never be staying here again.

Worst in Diamond Bar
I don't know how it ended up #2 in D Bar. We had a emergency home repairs done lately, we went through three hotels in the area: quality inn and suites, holiday inn, and this outfit here. worst ever! not only we are jacked on the price. the room is smelling and you can hear your next door having sex. don't bring your kids! shady people hanging around. I rather checking in a motel 6 before i end up in this dump again.

Compared to other BW hotels I stayed at, this one is average. The rooms are clean and spacious. TV's are dated (older models) no flat screens, furniture ok. Property well kept, onsite laundry, plenty of parking. Conveniently located with easy access to freeway, near supermarket, K-Mart, fast food, gas stations, etc.

Clean & Comfortable
Rooms are spacious and clean, beds are large and comfortable. Ample parking with easy access to the rooms, FREE parking. Decent breakfast with a selection of waffles, bagels, muffins, cereal, fruits, hot beverage and juices. Free wifi and free business center access with printer. Area is okay with food places, grocery and gas station within walking distance. The hotel is relatively new and well kept, laundry machines are in good condition. Distance from major attractions are a little further, you will need a car but staying in Hollywood area will cost you more, either that or hotels at the price of this will be older and perhaps not as reliably clean. Pricing I believe can be lower but I really had a pleasant stay, thank you.
