My first stay at the hotel was in January 2012 and I have been coming back here repeatedly since (this stay is #13 with another stay booked for next week and several more during the course of this year).The hotel is very close to Nana BTS station making getting around Bangkok easy.The hotel is competitively priced with a good range of amenities - whether the stay is for business or for pleasure.The rooms in Tower 2 have everything needed to make my stays comfortable.I've always found the staff to be very friendly and very willing to help.A very good spread for breakfast in the morning with plenty of choice.Overall, I would have no problem with recommending this hotel.

There are better options - don't be desperate to check-in here
Our experience was so bad that one wonders where to start. Cleanliness is pathetic out here. We reached the hotel at 11:30 am and were informed that our room would be ready by 1 pm. We did the city tour and checked in around 5 pm only to find that the dustbins were not emptied. During our 4 night stay, the dustbins were emptied only once! The refrigerator in the room had fungal growth in it.Although we had booked a room for three (2 adults and 1 child), the hotel continued to provide us with only 2 bath towels - each morning, we had to get an additional towel from the staff. The towels provided in the room were more black than white and had frayed edges - it is high time they bought new towels. The bathroom was in a bad condition with a leaky tap in the basin. The fittings were rusted.They don't pick up the phone or redirect you to another extension where the phone is not picked up. They provide you with a kitchenette with microwave oven but there are no vessels. It is ridiculous of them to expect guests to carry with them microwave bowls etc to heat food. We did give them the feedback on cleanliness on our second day of stay by filling in the guest comment form, but as there was no response, we guess it was dumped in the dustbin by the front office staff. The front office staff has an attitude and is not helpful. They treat you with disdain and one is left with an unwanted guest feeling. The only positive about the hotel was it's roof top swimming pool and the washing machine that the hotel provides to its guests (for a charge, of course).All that we can say is there are plenty of other options - Bangkok is full of hotels, choose one which you will not regret going to.

Great location, ok hotel
Not much to dwell on, good value for money and rooms are not bad, stayed there for a one night only excellent location though in the midst of the action. overall ok, could use some renovation but is recommended as a place if you want to be in a central place

Great Stay
Great location, good service, clean and comfortable room, breakfast caters for all nationalities omlettes were good. Stayed in tower one no issues.Would highly recommend as a base for a visit to Bangkok.

Good value for money
Three tower hotel so prices are vary depend which tower you are staying in. Top floor rooms with really nice view. On that occasion we had junior suite which was really spacious,somewhere around 50sq meters with kitchenette and minibar provided for around 60GBP per night with b-fast included,real deal I must admit. B-fast itself really big,combination of Thai and Indian cuisine,something more like branch rather then b-ast. It was really to my liking.Hotel just off the main road of Bangkok,Sukhumvit Road where you can take MRT(Sukhumvit Station) train to reach further destinations as well as BTS trains from Asok Station.
