Let me start by explaining that I have never had anything but good luck with Priceline in the past. While visiting Buffalo I used Priceline to secure a three star hotel for a two night stay. I was apparently unlucky and was reserved at the Millenium. As I checked in it was quite apparent that the owners of this property had checked out some time ago. This hotel is more than outdated, it is not well maintained. It was evident before I got to my room as the first floor hallway is so matted and dirty you probably would not want it in your garage. Upon entering my room I was greeted by a peculiar odor (so bad in fact that i went and bought a scented candle) and a quite dimly lit room even with all of the lamps on. I am guessing that they keep it dimly lit so that you can not see all of the stains on the carpet, bedspread and chairs. The chair at the desk was bent so far back it was really a recliner. The mattress was so soft that I literally sank into it even though I am not a heavy person and the sheets are so thin they look like cheesecloth. I will give them props on providing a fairly clean bathroom considering the condition of the rest of the room. The first night, not wanting to spend time in my room I went to the lobby to use wireless. At that point I realized that they really are not in the hospitality business, a few uncomfortable benches are sparsely scattered in the lobby. They really don't want you to be comfortable here either. Try to avoid this facility as it certainly does not meet the level of rating that it is being given.

i stayed here for one night, it was an average place. a bit outdated, but not to bad. only complaint is i had a connecting door in my room and i could hear the guy next door snore. other then that, average night sleep.

Being located next to the Galleria and a few good restaurants gives this hotel appeal. However, the outdated and worn condition of the hotel removes much of that appeal. My room was not properly cleaned. It appeared it hadn't been vacuumed for quite a few visits and there was quite a bit of hair on the bathroom floor. I saw something under the nightstand that I thought was a dead bug, but when I scooped it up with a card, it stuck to the card as if it was something else! I didn't try to make it out at that point! Not good!I'm rating it average because overall it is marginally better than poor.

If you plan on staying in Buffalo, don't stay here!! The beds are hard, decor is ancient, bathroom is not only disgusting it is tiny. You can touch the falling down ceiling as you take a shower, you have to keep the door open due to the fact of no air circulation. It smells, even the power cord is full of dirt. It was hot and you can't change the temperature in your room. The pool needs to be cleaned. On top of it all..No privacy! You can hear anything and everything (people in the hall, doors, other people in their showers to the bathroom!!)The cleaning crew came and I asked them a question and they didn't speak English!! Oh, the hilight was the greasy stains all over the headboard.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The shuttle service was prompt. They even called us and waited until we got the shuttle, we weren't late but they were careful that we don't miss it. They gave us good idea what time would be suitable to get to the shuttle to make to airport on time. Everything was great.
