Fantastic staff
This Holiday Inn has a fantastic staff. As someone whose career is based on customer service, I know when I'm receiving good service. From the front counter staff of Mike and Ryan to the bar/restaurant staff of Casey, Katie, and LeAnn, all fantastic. They've made me feel welcome and at home from my first visit in early April until now. Please commend this staff for their excellent service. If I weren't already moving to Billings, I would stay at this hotel on every visit. Thank you.

BEST IN MONTANA!
I stay at this location for business travel at least once a month, but couldn't be happier about my most recent stay. Ryan, the manager on duty, was more than accommodating and helped me get employees set up in a room at the last minute. The price is far better than most competitors in Billings, and the rooms are clean and comfortable.

Should be rated #1 in America!
I will say that I have never stayed at a better hotel in all of my 55 years of traveling. The entire staff, from the Management down to the maintenance guy washing the windows were helpful, pleasant and professional every minute I was there. I was met with a smile, hello and a sense of genuine care to ensure my stay was perfect. The rooms are clean, the hotel is clean and atmosphere is calm. Even during hectic times for the staff, I was never met with a sour attitude. This hotel exeplifies what every hotel in America should be like. I would especailly like to recognize Maria for her assistance, professionalism, hospitality and knowledge. If you stay here and are in the need of a ride, extra ammenities or information, you will get it with a smile and a sense that they want to go out of thier way to give you more than you asked for.Thank you.

Great hotel!
I have stayed at this hotel many times for business but it tends to exceed the past visits. Jance (front desk) is friendly, personable and extremely helpful. He is willing to help out a guest any way he can. Ryan is as well. Bob the shuttle driver is a great help at getting you to and from your destinations, while loading and unloading luggage. This hotel is clean, with a great restaurant, casino and bar.

Great place to stay.
We have stayed at this hotel many times. They only thing I don't like about it is the low toilets. My husband has a hard time with them. However, we got a fantastic rate on Priceline and then since we were priority club members and they weren't full we got a king size bed in the tower. Slept like a baby!! Front desk staff were very helpful and friendly.
