Pretty good
It is a Sheraton, so let's start with that. Having seen or stayed in other Sheraton's around the world, I cannot say that this is their premier property, but they do a good job of maintaining at least a minimum level of quality and service.My room was nice and spacious, big bed, big TV, relatively inexpensive wifi ($10/day), and overall was pretty good. Strangely, I was given a handicap room so the bathroom was about 3 times the size of what I'm used to, and the door could not be propped open; the bathroom itself could probably use an update on the tiles and faucets etc., but I'm not talking a big deal.The hotel is situated outside of DC, to the north, about 1/3 of the way to Baltimore - I chose it partly because I had an early morning flight from BWI airport and it was easier to not drive through DC to get there.Though the area seems a bit random, there are a bunch of restaurants across the street (5 minute walk) as well as a grocery store and some other places to go; DC itself is about 25-30 minutes with some traffic.

First Time, hopefully more 'next times'
Our family stayed at this hotel recently. It was chosen for the convenience to all the locations we were going to visit the next day. If you are at all familiar with the traffic near Washington DC, getting around can be a nightmare. We found it very easy from the Sheraton. The hotel looked brand new - very clean and modern. The people at the front desk were especially helpful. Everyone was very friendly, and greeted you as you traversed the hotel. We had the buffet breakfast which was a true value. With a teenage son, even he found his fill. Next time we are in the area, we will hopefully stay again at this Sheraton.

Comfort away from Home
I had the opportunity to stay at this Sheraton property because of the need to attend a family funeral that was being held in a nearby town. I was afraid the commute was too much for one day so I opted to stay the night before the event at this Sheraton.It was comfort away from home! From the check in staff, to the cafe/bar staff, to the housekeeping staff everyone was responsive, warm and friendly.The room was perfect, too. No complaints what so ever.No issues with my vehicle either

Well managed, clean properly
A friendly, professional greeting goes a long way. Nice job here. Great location right off 95. Rooms a little noisy with all the traffic outside but you trade that off for convenience . Secure and hide any valuables in your vehicle, I had my GPS stolen and car window smashed a couple of years ago. No problems since then. I'd return.

Read this if you are a business traveler or plan to get any work done while at the hotel
Overall I have to give it 3 stars because nothing there was horrible. Depending on who you got at the front counter you either got average to good service. The 1st night we went there it was really late about Midnight and only guy working at the front desk kept us waiting for 15 min before he could talk to us because he looked busy with other stuff. He probably could have said Hi and that he will be with us in a few min. When I asked for a crib he said he has them but he can't give us one one because he does not hav a key to open the door where they are. Really, really stupid. So if you are business traveler just know a few things. You will be paying for your own internet if you need to get online because there is no complimentary wi-fi anywhere in the hotel including the lobby. (Folks at Sheraton just understand that the days of charging for internet because it's a luxury are long gone. McDonalds has free wifi that should tell you something. Next time I will not be staying at you hotel because wifi is like clean sheets now. It's just expected -- My opinion but I guarantee a lot of others share this sentiment. Matter of fact I heard the guest in front of me decline to become part of your loyalty program because he said you don't have free internet.) They have a "Business Center" but it's a joke. Business center implies you can conduct business there. Their business center is their front lobby where they have put some computers. There is no privacy to conduct phone calls or even have a conversation. Again what they have is a front lobby and it's a stretch to call it a business center.The hotel was generally very clean and the lobby looks excellent and what you would expect at a modern mid class hotel. The rooms are ok but starting to look a bit tired. Sheets changed and fresh and plenty of towels were provided. They did have a breakfast available but for the money it was subpar so most days we did not eat there.I would recommend this hotel if you can get it at a steep discount. If I had to pay full price for it I would be a bit disappointed. Oh yeah and the 1st night they had a "security guard" who we thought was someone who was just loitering around at the hotel because he was sitting in a chair talking on his phone so loud that we had to call and find out who/why he was there.
