Good All Round
Stayed here to go to a work conference that was near by, good clean facilities, although bathroom could do with a re-grout. Check in was quick although it was later that I realised that money had already been taken off my cc without an explanation, as Iam new to staying in hotels this should have been explained a little better as I have only a small limit on my cc, so lucky I checked and was saved embarrassment of having gone over my limit with other purchases during the few days. Restaurant was great, nice food and good service, a few more options on the mains would have been better for my friends that were a little fussy! Beds were comfy and cleaning service was efficient, well done, I will return in the future!! Thank you

Excellent, modern, what more could you want!
Just returned after a 2 night stay for a weekend conference. Had spent the previous 5 nights at the Menzies Hotel in central Sydney, and they were like chalk and cheese. The Holiday Inn, previously Clarion on the Park, is modern, clean, spacious, and as good as you could wish for. Excellent room, although the bed was rather hard. Very good breakfast, plenty of free newspapers. Good bar service at moderate prices. Central location, if Parramatta is where you need to be. Plenty of drawer space, great desk and chair, a fridge which was actually cold. Maybe a bit short of clothes hangers, but what's new! Technology - with a 12-noon check-out time, the swipe card became inoperative promptly even though a 12.30 check out had been arranged. Promptly sorted by the helpful staff, though.

Nice accommodation and quiet
Clean and reasonably modern rooms. Frustrating when city motels make you pay extra for parking, Internet and give you long life milk. Staff were excellent and dinner was delicious......and they gave me some real milk for my room when requested.

I'd stay again.
I last stayed here when it was the Clarion and it got a great makeover. I booked a King Superior room for the weekend of my birthday and the room was spacious for my fiance and I. The choice of firm and soft pillows was good. I didn't get a chance to eat in the restaurant but did try a few cocktails from the Lobby Bar and it was great value. It's also a short walk to Westfield and a few more minutes to the restaurants on Church St. The parking is cheap too at $7 a day and you can park the whole day even after you check out until midnight that day.

Very happy with our mixed business & family stay
Nice central location, clean and functional spacious rooms, lovely buffet breakfast, helpful staff, nice looking foyer, good parking, etc and all round good value. We will return. Thanks. It is at the china town & car dealership end of parramatta with PJ Gallaghers pub right across the road if you want a meal and drink handy.
