good food and good location
Good location for 2 days or stop over.near the airport. Room was good n value for money. food was excellent and service apart from charging me double for our dinner on the first night.. luckily i check my bill and have to calculate twice n tell the staff. Overall is not bad better than i thought. internet was bad so slow n charge more than it should be... but i dont mind staying there again. i can recommend it to everyone.

Convenient Accommodation
The Mecure, Nadi is a reasonably comfortable - although dated - hotel. Ideal for a arrival/departure stay. The rooms are quite dated but clean. I would recommend that the air conditioning units are serviced as the one in our room didn't work and was quite noisy.My grandchildren stayed in one room that smelt like stale cigarettes, when they opened the door for fresh air the guests in the floor below them were outside smoke. Consideration should be given to having a specific area within the hotel for smokers only.The staff are fabulous!!Vinaka Vaka Levu

Mecure in Nadi Fiji
Rooms were quite tiredServicing of rooms were quite slack, did not get room clean or bed made because I was in the room when the staff came around to clean.Restaurant food was good for price, but variety was limited Had pizza one night but it lack taste.Friendly staff in all parts of the hotel, but this is typical of the Fijian people.Taxi price from hotel were not metred, felt cost were high. The cost to and from the venue differed by FJD10In todays busy market, hotels need to be more transparent and make sure the staff are completing the tasks given to them.

Recommended
I took advantage of the buy 2 get 1 free night package. The room was as newly decorated, and had a King Size bed. The rooms were serviced daily. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast each morning,and the 2 lunches I had were excellent. The location is central between the airport and Nadi Town. Close by are The Bounty Bar and Restaurant, and across the road another great restaurant. Two night time bars/clubs being the Whitehouse and Eds Bar are all within 400 metres. Excellent mid range economic accomodation.

Great place for a few nights
My wife and I travel to Fiji frequently. The Mercure is the best place to stay in Nadi. Just up the road is the very convenient pub with great food and music . It is called "The Bounty". The Mercure has an adjoining bottle shop (a left over from the days of The Dominion Hotel) with soft drinks and a great range of cold beers for your arrival. It is also one of the few hotels anywhere with an ice machine! Most tourists give Nadi the brush off but with your own hire car for a few days you can visit The Nausori Highlands, the interesting town of Ba, The Sleeping Giant, the garden valley at Sigatoka and many more attractions.The Mercure has a great restaurant and swimming pool and comfortable clean beds.
