Tired
This hotel is on the verge of becoming sad. The decor and rooms are dated. I suspect somehow our air conditioning was linked to the lifts - we sounded like we had the lifts passing through our room all night! The hotel isn't that conveniently located - there are closer ones

Great hotel with a great location
I stayed at the Crown Plaza in KL while attending a conference. Located in the center of KL this is a great hotel with a great location. Amazing reception, graet buffet breakfast with a huge selection. Room is spacious, bathroom is luxurious with a large tub separate from the shower. Staff is incredibly helpful and friendly with smiles all the time. Overall I had the most fantastic stay here and would definitely be staying again. Would highly recommend this hotel to everyone for a place to stay in Kuala Lumpur.

Outstanding views of the city
I stayed here for a conference so spend most of my time in the hotel. The reception is really excellent and the service was outstanding. The room was a standard room but was extremely comfortable with an excellent view of the Petronas Towers. The bathrooms are beautiful with huge baths and rain showers. The breakfast was also very good with a huge range of choice and really good quality. The location is good. Close to restaurants, bars and shops. Apparently the hotel is due to close which is a real shame because I would definitely have visited again.

One fine hotel
Crown Plaza is well located in the middle of golden triangle KL and by what we learned it was formerly Hilton KL until the new management took over and re-brand it. As i remembered coming here during the 90's then Hilton was one of the top hotels in KL well the lobby reception has changed but the coffee house still looks the same even the poolside.All this brought back my memories,the buffet is still big and lush as before,our rooms were nice with twin tower view.All i can say is this hotel has everything good but one bad thing in KL is the taxis that damage the reputation,other then that this a great hotel to stay

comfort taken care !
Amazing reception, great buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner and prompt service ! We were told by hotel staff that the Hotel is closing for some unknown reason, sad because we wanted to comeback to this hotel again. Hope the hotel is still there ! ?there is nothing to criticize because each one of them works hard to attend 'our' needs ! Thumbs up !
