Is it really a Four Seasons Hotel?!
I have stayed couple of nights at Beverly Wilshire Beverly Hills Hotel and I was really disappointed! I have requested some food and drinks to be ready upon arrival but unfortunately they didn't make it! One of the bath's towels was dirty! The staff are not nice to the guests especially the doormen! The hotel's location is great and the Concierge is excellent.

impeccable
Wonderful experience at the Beverly Wilshire - from soup to nuts.Pros:-Service is above and beyond - the doormen are at your beck and call at all times-Reception areas filled with chandeliers and orchids - beautiful!-Great rooms with very comfortable beds - we had a room with a balcony with a lovely view-Quiet-Large bathroom that is well appointed-Cut and Sidebar right in the hotel - great spots for dinner and drinks-Location: Bouchon right down the street, as well as Spago, Mr. Chow, and several other notable restaurants (Bouchon being the best of those in my opinion!) As well as Rodeo drive, of course.Cons-We had a neighbor who smoked and they could not seem to resolve it during our entire stay. Otherwise is was fantastic, and I would absolutely stay here again!

As close to Rodeo Drive as you can get
If you can dream of the things that would make up your perfect LA getaway, that dream becomes reality at the Beverly Wilshire. Hotel management is terrific and was at the front door to welcome us. Any request made to any staff member was met with immediate service. What really sets this property apart is the staff. Every staff member we encountered during our stay was polite, friendly, and genuinely concerned with the needs of the guests. It is refreshing to find so many happy faces at every turn ready to please. From the moment you arrive to the moment you leave you are treated like royalty.There are nice touches like your initials on the pillowcase, in-room dining that sets up your table for in room on balcony dining, great bathroom amenities and a nice assortment of mini-bar options. The pool side balcony views were so nice, that my wife spent more time enjoying the view than shopping on Rodeo Drive.The restaurants were exceptional. Cut had some of the best steak we have eve had. Terrific and unique dishes enhanced by fabulous service.

Great hotel service around all areas great,pool nostalgic and small great central point for star spotting rodeo drive shops near to hotel and hotel car will drop you off and pick you up ,rooms have generous selection of toiletries towels so soft , In general hotel 10/10 well done to all great staff who keep up this great hotel,
