Lovely quiet room, Great dinner in Restaurant
We took one of the specials for the night, on a Friday night. My husband and out 14 year old son. Plenty of space in the room. Used the gym and had a lovely walk around town the next day.We did wait for a table in Kobe, but it was worth it. Just sat in the bar across the way and staff came and let us know when our table was ready. Great food and attentive staff.love the efficient concierge and lovely front of house staff.

Nice Rooms
All the rooms have been refurbished and are very nice and spacious. The pool area is good but very quiet and doesn't seem like they ever have much going on but if you want to hang out by the pool in the peace and quiet it's perfect. Front desk service is always very average and extremely slow. Doesn't matter how many times we stay here (and there has been many for work) they never acknowledge us as a return guest. If you like a casino it's right down stairs but otherwise the hotel is in a bit of a remote location at the far end of town and its a 15 minute walk to anything. Wouldn't recommend the breakfast buffet.

Excellent room, excellent veiw
After reading some comments about the rooms I had some reservations, I was booked into the executive rooms, level 17, great room, very modern, great veiw, great value, looking forward to going back soon.

Great place, good price.
Travelled to Townsville for work and stayed he for 2 night over a week end, at reception we were met by a lovely young lass named Meagan who went out of her way to make us feel welcome and was very happy to have a chat and joke with us.I was surprised that the room was a fresh and new looking space and I loved the bathroom with the window in to the room and I was also able to look out the window over the Marina. It was a good size and quite comfortable.The only fault would be that the room phone didn't have relevant numbers on it and when I rang room service I ended up waiting on the main phone in to the hotel, like an outside call and waited for ages. I had the same problem when I tried to ring for an early morning wake up call.Otherwise the room was great and for the price wonderful.I didn't get to use any of the other facilities or restaurant as I was working most of the time, maybe next time.I would like to see the car parking area for the hotel guests segregated from the rest.

Not too bad...
We stayed for a few nights at jupiters and found it to be quite comfortable.Only thing was room service finishes at 10pm so if you like a late night snack, don't stay here!It is also a bit of a walk into town.Was very clean and staff were great.
