Disapointing stay
We choose this Hotel for it's 'Hot Tub' and a special getaway. When we arrived we were told the Hot Tub was 'Out of Service'. Checking on the reviews, it looks like it has been out since February! This was one of the main reasons we choose this hotel. What a let down!Breakfast was very nice. A Hot Buffet breakfast which we enjoyed. The room was quiet and clean. The Inn is close to Galleria mall. ps..they did not accept my BW points card, said that they don't participate in the program.

Budget hotel that offers comfort stay
If you are visiting Niagara Falls, book this Hotel and do yourself a favour. We booked a non smoking room at $100/per night (breakfast included) and were totally satisfied with the deal. Situated approximately half hour from Niagara Falls (by car), this Hotel has a much better decor and pricing than all those situated at the Falls.Construction may not be very new, but decor is pleasing. Dinning area is spacious. Rooms are relatively small but equipped with basic amenities like refrigerator, coffee maker, hair dryer, iron and TV. Complimentary breakfast served each morning though basic, has something to cater to everyone's taste buds (bread, bagels, eggs, yogurt, coffee/tea, fruits). Also, did I mention that this Hotel is bedbug free (many 4 star Hotels have failed this test)!

Best Western Cheektowaga, New York review!
The hotel was amazing. On one of the main roads in Cheektowaga, so you couldn't miss it. When we got there, the lady on reception was warm and welcoming, and gave us a lot of handy tips since we were completely new to the area. The suite we booked was nice and warm, very clean, and the maid service was wonderful. The breakfast was fresh every morning, very delicious and it never ran out. Only downside was the jacuzzi was out of order! But the gardens were very nice and it was a short distance away from Buffalo and Niagara Falls, which was the purpose of our trip. Would definitely recommend this to other people.

Great stay, big beds.
We took a road trip to Niagara Falls and due to every hotel being booked out we booked our stay in Buffalo. The hotel was nice, clean, the rooms are spacious, the beds are big and the hotel has clearly undergone a refurb.The only downside is that the walls are paper thin and I could hear the people talking next door well beyond midnight and was woken up by chatter in the morning.

Exactly what I needed
My second visit to this hotel, staff are very friendly and helpful. Good value for the price. Updated rooms and amenities. Easy to find off of the highway, lots of parking. If you are going shopping at the walden galleria mall, this best western is a great option!
