Great service and value for money
Stayed there this week and must say that the care and attention the staff display is simply outstanding at all levels. The 1st prize goes to Ettero, the night manager, who offered to make coffee as I was waiting to be collected at 5.45am, simple customer service but much appreciated and rare in so called good hotels.Bedrooms are spacious and beds very comfortable. Dinner offers a great menu option at ¿¿¿20 for 2 dishes of local, freshly prepared dishes or 3 for ¿¿¿30.

Good business hotel
I visited this hotel several times while attending fairs at the Fiera Milano. It has two considerable disadvantages: it is very remote and pretty isolated (although there is a hotel shuttle, free of charge, that will take you to the Molino Dorino station) and it is expensive. Admittedly, all hotel prices in Milan go up when there's a major fair going on but the price does not represent what you are getting. It is close to the Fiera Milano fairground but little more.Otherwise, the service is good and the staff hospitable. Breakfast is sufficient but nothing cooked. The building is relatively new, in very good condition and there is Wi-Fi throughout. The rooms are quite spacious for European standards and all is clean and well-kept

Only if you plan on staying at the hotel the whole trip
Stylish hotel, I personally thought the staff was nice and helpful. It's a good place for business trips especially if you go to Fiera Milano, but keep in mind it's in the middle of nowhere and you depend on a shuttle bus that takes you to /from Fiera or the nearest metro station. BUT: if you travel in a busy period like Macef Fair for example, you have to book your place in the shuttle bus as much in advance as possible otherwise you'll be left to wait for hours until it's available again. Also implies little flexibility if you want to have a night out in Milan (unless you want to take the taxi - I haven't seen many of those). In conclusion - it's ok, but don't forget about booking the shuttle bus with at least a day in advance.

Stylish but service poor.
I agree with all the reviews of this hotel saying it is stylish etc but I found the service quite poor at the front desk and in the bar and the bar menu was very limited. The staff spoke only adequate English. Service in the restaurant was good and breakfast was good. The location is industrial and there is not much to do locally but I was there on business so that was not an issue particularly. It is a 90 euro taxi ride from the airport. What annoyed me was despite the fact it was warm the air conditioning was off. The first night I slept with the window open and ended up with insect bites. I complained and they put the airconditioning back on but I had to ask every day as they kept switching it off again. There were not many people in the hotel so maybe they were trying to save money. They also say that you can have coffee making facilities in your room but when I asked they did not understand and I gave up.

A good hotel in a peaceful place
Stay of one week in this hotel, nice sleeping, nice service.Food good, altought a little expensive.It is located out of Milano, but there is a shuttle bus that pick you from metropolitan.Take into account that the last shuttle trip is at 11:30, later taxi.
