Not Friendly
I stayed at this hotel when i visited Milan. It was good for the price we paid but the room for 4 people was a disaster. The room was not clean, the furniture showed that it was old and disgusting. Two of our friends slept at the double room which was 2 single beds stuck together. The rest had to sleep on a bed that was not comfortable at all, if a heavy person slept on it (it can be broken). The last person has to sleep of the sofa, yes literary the sofa! It didn't turn into a bed... The breakfast was not nice at all, only the main types of food was available. The reception at the morning was friendly, at night they were not friendly at all. We had an extra guest that visited our room and they made a big deal on it. I would not stay in this hotel again. The metro was very very near which was the best thing. A few steps to Duamo.Scary neighbourhood that seemed like there are many thieves.

Very disappointing behaviour!
Seven days after we left the hotel we realized that we forgot package with 200 Nespresso capsules (75 EUR) in the room. They found them, but they did not want to send to us by post!!! It was to complicated to them!!!

Good price and location, but a bit too shabby
Apart from good location and good price it wasn't nice choice.Area around a hotel is rather unpleasent after dark, as expected - it's hard to park a car. I had a room from side of Via Guinizelli and it was very noisy in the morning, it was hard to sleep... Very average breakfast, shabby room with worn out furnitures and uncomfortable, narrow bed. Next time i'll look for something different in Milan.

Not for long stays...
We only stayed one night here and that was plenty. We stayed in the 2 room suite and it had two rooms, one with a small tv no fridge or coffee pot. The beds were singles and if you turned over you felt like you would fall out. It was also not very dark (room) and a little noise from the outside. Plus, it was close to the train station but took about 6 stops to get to the duomo.

Uncomfortable & run down. Wouldn't recommend it.
From the website the hotel looks beautiful and comfortable. It is a short walk to the train station and it does have parking, which is a plus, but those are the only positives I saw to the hotel. The staff was very short and unaccommodating. In order to get into the hotel from the parking area you need to be escorted from the elevator, which was a nuisance, and the escort was the only friendly employee I dealt with. The elevators were tiny! Also, we had a roommate but the hotel only had one key for our room so we had to leave it with the front desk so he could also access the room when he needed it- and the staff weren't always there or wouldn't understand what we were talking about when we'd try to retrieve it!Our room was a 2-bedroom 1-bath ¿¿¿family¿¿¿ room. Our roommate had a room with a twin bed, a couch, a table, and a very small television that only got a few channels. The carpet, the bed, couch, table, and tv, were all outdated and extremely worn. The table was broken and it collapsed a few times! The bathroom was clean yes, but the bathtub was so old and rusty and horrific in appearance, with the longest medieval-looking chain for the tub-stop, that I couldn¿¿¿t allow my 2-year-old son to bathe in it alone and instead had to stand and shower him then pass him off to his father outside! The shower also splashed all over the place because the curtain was minimal, leaving the bathroom flooded after we¿¿¿d shower, which made it annoying to use the toilet! Our room itself was so bare it was like a joke! It had two rickety beds and an old run-down wardrobe-thing that looked so dusty and dirty we didn¿¿¿t even want to touch it. The room smelled like mildew. The hotel has central heating and cooling, and because of this we were stuck in a scorching-hot room all night because they don¿¿¿t turn the cooler on until peak season! I was so uncomfortable and sweaty I couldn¿¿¿t even sleep! The bed and pillows were rock-hard and I was 30 weeks pregnant, so it was like torture! We had two nights booked in the hotel but we cut our Milan trip short just so we didn¿¿¿t have to stay another night in the place! The breakfast was good, the eating area was nice and stocked and clean and there were no problems there. A lot of people say ¿¿¿staying in European hotels is different than we¿¿¿re used to in America, so don¿¿¿t get your hopes up¿¿¿ but I have stayed in many beautiful and comfortable hotels in Europe that were roughly the same price so this hotel was a sheer disappointment. If you¿¿¿re a single traveler or you don¿¿¿t have young kids (and especially if you¿¿¿re not pregnant) this hotel might be worth it to you for the location, if you¿¿¿re just needing somewhere to crash. However, if you¿¿¿re pregnant or have a disability or young children, I¿¿¿d say you¿¿¿re better off staying somewhere more comfortable
