Not my definition of a hotel
Very disappointing. Thought maybe we had the wrong address when we drove up as it didn't match the positive reviews I had read. Front desk person seemed more like a building super. First impressions that this was really a tired old apartment building didn't improve as we went to our room. Hallways and elevator were dirty, carpet was worn. Room seemed clean and was spacious but the queen bed was tucked into a tight corner right against a wall. Mattress was terrible, no mattress pad, and sheets kept coming up so we were sleeping on bare mattress. Not a good night's sleep. Front desk not manned at night so more of an apartment building than a hotel. Location was good, next to the Fountainebleu, on the boardwalk, easy access to beach but there are alternative hotels nearby in the same price range. Would not recommend.

Not worth it! What a dump!
This is not a hotel, just apartments they rent. We got there at 11 pm (our flight was delayed because of a snow storm) and no one was at the reception for our check-in. The parking valets helped us and finally after half an hour of not knowing if we had a room for the night, we got our key.We booked the room through Expedia for 2 adults and one child. There was only one queen bed. There was also a sofa bed but the mattress was really old and uncomfortable. Some springs were coming out and cut my husband's leg! Unbelievable, what a dump!We stayed there for two nights and no one cleaned our room.Not worth it, it was really expensive for such horrible experience. Do not stay there!

Conveniently near the Fontainbleau
I chose to stay at the Churchill Suites as an alternative to the big hotel. I liked the idea of a kitchen, living area and a great view of the beach. Free WiFi is always a bonus. It was an 8 minute walk to the meeting at the Fontainbleau. The unit was very clean with hotel supplies like coffee, tea, bathroom supplies, etc. There was also a safe. It was very quiet with no construction noise on our side of the building. I cannot comment on the south side of the building. The pool was not heated and in early March swimming in it was not an option. The ocean was warm enough to swim in though as I found out. The building is right next to the boardwalk which is a great asset. There is no room service nor a restaurant. There is a Carrabba's restaurant almost next door that was great. Ask for Javier. It is really a condominium building I believe. Overall, the place was very satisfactory and we would stay there again.

Excellent accomodation.
Booked the 2 becroom ocean view suite as a package deal so I don't really know the room price but the package came at a reasonable price, so the room price can not be to high.Upon arrival the car was valet parked, we got the keys for the room and amagnetic key for the property ammeneties (pool, jacuzzi, fitnessroom and beach acces).The 2 room suite is large, clean, has reasonably fast internet (6mbps), nice ocean view. At the moment some noisy construction works goes on at the south of the building.There were 2 bathrooms, a fully equiped kitchen and everything in nicely decorated.The jaccuzi is hot and comfortable, the pool is good and the beach is close , just across the boardwalk.The property is not really a hotel, some appartements are rented others are occupied by permanent residents, but I really recommend it.
