Convenient, affordable, but noisy
The hotel staff was extremely friendly. The rooms were comfortable but had no facilities except a hairdresser. The location was very convenient (right next to metro stop, and 15 minutes on foot away from an important shopping street). However, we had trouble sleeping at night due to the metro coming and going, and due to daily fights on the busy street under the hotel.

well spend money
Stayed for three nights. The room was not very big, but nice and clean. Beds could be more comfortable. the shower and bathroom are very small. The location is excellent, the station is just on the corner of the street. And it is not far from the centre, I didn't mind walking. Gladly I would stay here again.

great budget hotel
We have just returned from a city break in Berlin and found this hotel to be very good. Staff spoke excellent English and were most helpful. The breakfast was substantial and as it was buffet ,you can pick just what you fancy .The bread is fabulous, so tasty and very filling. The room was very comfortable and although the bathroom was a bit on the small side, we felt we got value for money. It is very convenient for the underground system and the travel tickets are very good value for getting about as 1 fare covers everything. Would highly recommend it

Good value, central hotel
Stayed here for three nights as an easyJet package deal. Really decent hotel: friendly staff, clean room, amazing breakfast and easy to walk to different Berlin areas or only a stone's throw from the tube. Would certainly return if visiting Berlin again.

Again, very good
Stayed here again for four nights this Easter. I thought it was very good value for money and would happily stay here again. Staff spoke excellent English and were always willing to help. Rooms were clean.
