So so
I think the experience here is completely dependent on the room. I was first given a room facing the turnpike that was loud, had old looking furniture, smelled musty, and had paint peeling at multiple spots. I asked for a room change, and the front desk person was very nice and switched me. Everything about the second room was better. It was a hot day and there was no a/c in the elevators or any of the public spaces. Hopefully, this was a temporary issue. There were box fans in the lobby to make it more bearable but the hotel should have a/c.

Just a business traveler
Nice hotel. The parking was interesting under the solar panels, but there appeared to be ample parking for most of the guests. The lobby and common areas were very clean. The room was nice. The staff was very gracious and happy to help, especially Cheryl in the lounge area. The sole computer in the "library" for guests to use for printing or computer needs wasn't really enough. I had to wait thirty minutes for the guest in front of me to fill out a survey of some kind on the computer in order for me to print some documents for my job that day on the printer. I would return again.

This Hotel is Old as dirt!
popcorn ceilings, tiny (and I mean TINY) bathroom - cant open the door all of the way or use the toilet properly because the door is in the way, also good luck closing the door to shower/bathe...and yes, this is on the "club floor", room - OLD! No A/C just fan setting, no good channels on tv, decorum - poor at best. I upgraded the overall rating because the staff is really nice and friendly. I usually work out but when I almost fell from trying to get to the gym because it is thru the same door as the pool, decided not to - there was water EVERYWHERE. View of the trees was decent. Outlets in room in odd locations. Will NEVER stay here again.

First I want to compliment the staff...every one of them was courteous and responsive starting with check-in at front desk. The breakfast staff were very accomodating and housekeeping brought a new roll of toilet paper in less than 15 minutes when requested. The facility itself was "average" but generally clean. Two rooms reserved should have been the same, but were not...one had no bed skirt, no bed spread, well-used refrigerator sitting on table instead of in a cabinet, no flat-screen TV, and overall older decor. Had "do not disturb" sign on door until mid-afternoon thinking that room would be serviced after we left for wedding...it was not. Our stay was OK. I loved the Hybrid car parking and solar panel use!!!
