Amazing stay
My favorite hotel near the airport. Love the food, the drinks, the service, the rooms.... Amazing. I also really enjoy the beds at this hotel. In fact, we decided to stay in a suite and was greeted with a hand signed card from the general manager. So kind. We will be back very soon.

Life saver!
This hotel and the night manager Ralph Spates were a life saver! I needed a room until I was able to catch a flight to Atlanta. I used Priceline to book a hotel at a different hotel and went to check in just to find out they had no vacancies! I should mention that it is 3am and I a woman with no place to go. I walked a couple blocks to the Crowne Plaza. I was also told they had no vacancies. I asked to sit in the lobby until I could find another place and Ralph allowed it. He took it upon himself to try and find any potential parties that may not show up. And within 20 minutes he came over and told me I had a room! I am truly thankful. If there is a Crowne Plaza or a hotel under the same umbrella, I will only stay there! Thank you again!I should also mention the rooms are great. The bed is fantastic and the food is amazing! Please be sure to tip the room service! They are amazing too!

Wifi
Basic services but very clean and comfortable beds...usually not a big fan of airport hotels (although they usually are a good value for your buck) but this one is LA is not bad especially if you plan on driving around - not too far from the beach, downtown, West Hollywood, etc.Read an article the morning we were checking re: wifi charges - that you get better deals like free wifi at economy hotels compared to the more luxurious hotels and true enough, when I checked our bill - we were being charged a whole day's wifi rate of $14.95 instead of the $4.95 three hour package. Brought this to the attention of the front desk and the assistant manager right away addressed our complaint and comped us our wifi charges - thank you Crowne Plaza! This serves as a reminder - always check your bill before checking out especially with electronic checkouts and you can easily miss out on additional charges that would have made a difference in the cost of your stay - this was was easily 15% added to the bill.

Short but sweet
We recently had an enforced stopover in Los Angeles due to plane malfunction and were put up at this hotel. Lovely spacious room with a few little extras not normally given. Staff very friendly and helpful. We ate in the dining room - service was quick and tasty. I would recommend if you have to have a stopover close to the international airport.

Great Room and Location
Hotel is located mins away from the airport and most car rental places. Hotel offers shuttle bus service to the airport which is very good. Room was clean and hotel staff were amazing and very very helpful at all times.There was only one complain about this hotel and that is that there is no free wifi. I am surprised, almost shocked, that in this day and age, free wifi is not offered at this hotel when most hotels offer this.Other than that, amazing place to stay.
