A pricely hotel with a mediocre style
In a pricely hotel- the service should be beter and more heartly.THe money is their primary concern and not the guest. I get one of eight rooms booked by my group - but in their list I was booked for the next day ( what was a misundertanding of the hotel management )and although they got disponible rooms they wanted me to pay for an extra night -also if I am staying only 4 nights as booked !! Instead of let me go to a room after 12 hours flying and than verify the misanderstooding -they let me stay in the lobby for almost 2 hours !! The superior room that I booked was small . Every item that you use you should pay .The localization of the Hotel is in a comercial surrounding -not very pleasant for relaxation.The breakfast was very good !!Conclusion: For the same price you can receivea better deal !!See my review for the other hotel I stayed and compare !

Closed to Exhibition Centre and Malls
I stayed there for 1 week. I took express train from the airport, it costs 80 HKD for group of 2 and arrived at Hongkong / Central station in 24 minutes. Then I took a cab to the hotel for 40 HKD. Actually there are a free shuttle bus H1 to the hotel. The room is clean though small, the bed is comfortable for a goid night sleep. Breakfast is standard, pretty much the same every day. From the first floor you can access to the HKEC, and it takes about 10 minutes. The hotel is also accessible from Wanchai MTR, Exit A1 and go to the Steward Rd direction for 2 blocks. There is a market street at the Johnston Rd, just 5 minutes walk. You can catch a tram to go to the supermalls at the Causeway Bay, and only costs you 2.3 HKD or walk for about 20 minutes. Upon checked out, I took the H1 free shuttle bus to the Airport Express train, just wait outside the hotel at the Bus stop sign and took 10 minutes, only 1 stop.

Good for business
I enjoyed my stay in the hotel in general. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The food is good. The Spa is awesome. The best future in the hotel is that location if you're there for the Hong Kong exhibition as it's 10 minutes walk. What I didn't liked is the room space as it was too small. In general very good.

Great Staff & Nice Hotel
We stayed at Novotel for one week and upgraded our club room to a juniour suite for more space. The rooms are small, but most HK rooms are. The hotel locaction is good and close to Wan Chai station. The staff were fantastic and always helpful. Special mention to Momo, Sanski from the club lounge, who always delivered great service with a smile. Thank you

Value for money
I stayed in this hotel on a business trip and enjoyed it very much. Having stayed in Novotel before I knew what to expect and that's exactly what I got. The swimming pool is large enough to swim some laps.
