We stayed here for 2 nights on a Travel Zoo deal and after reading the dambing reports whilst refurbishments were going on was a little concerned with our choice. BUT............we didn't have to worry as we had a very good stay. Staff were friendly, breakfast was good and considering that we only paid ¿¿59 B& B which included free parking and a bottle of wine each night we felt we had the deal of the month.Thank you and we hope to return again.

Nice rooms (although a tad basic), great breakfast. The staff were sufficiently polite and helpful but no more. Friendly staff make such a difference to someone's stay, I wish more hotels would take this into account. I stayed for one night for a business trip and overall I would stay again but nothing to write home about. The prices were good which is a plus for a Hilton.

My stay here was less than satisfactory.I stayed here overnight on a business trip as regular business visitor to Bristol I thought I would try this hotel to see if it was worth using for future visits.I had initially booked the Ramada and was unaware of the brand change until a day before my arrival whilst checking my travel details. On arrival to the hotel it was clear the hotel was undergoing a re branding process.This was apparent from the strong smell of paint throughout the hotel corridors and lobby. This was uncomfortable and especially unappreciated as I suffer from asthma.The rooms were small and very cold. I used the air con to try and heat the room but unfortunately this made my stay less comfortable as I awoke with very dry and puffy eyes- I can only put it down to the air con system as my colleague in the room next had the same experience.The hygiene in the hotel rooms was also substandard I found hairs on my pillow and in the bath.The restaurant did not offer much respite from the bad experience up to this stage, the service was poor having waited 30 minutes for a glass of water I was eventually brought a jug - this was despite asking two different servers. My side dish came out 15 minutes after my main course was served. The food itself was substandard and overdressed.The only plus part of my stay was that the reception staff were very friendly.My company use 50 room nights minimum in bristol each month and in its current stste I will not be recommending this hotel to the business.

Despite being brand new it was really nice. The cookie on check in was a lovely touch!! Decor nice, (which you would expect a its so new) room small but had everything that we needed. Would stay again next time we are in bristol

I was here for 5 nights doing some training withy employer. The staff were helpful, food was good, bar was very reasonably priced for a hotel. Free wifi at the bar. I don't know how much it was per night as my company payed but whatever it was I'd pay it again!
