OK
I expected better based on Trip Advison reviews. Road noise (off-season !) is a major problem. I wouldn't consider their "breakfast"; 3 tables - it must be a zoo in the season. Caroline was great, but staff person working in the morning was unfriendly.

Home Away From Home - Lake George
This was my second trip to the Super 8 in Lake George, and once again I was delighted with my stay. On both event I was accompanied by friends, and each time we all were extremely pleased with this establishment. There is a "homey" feeling that really allows you to enjoy the time u spend there. All of my friends, myself included, thoroughly enjoyed the basketball court, pool, and fire pit. The room themselves were wonderful as well, with a staff that makes you feel welcome each time you stay there. Above all else, the location is perfect if you are looking to enjoy a nice day down by the lake, or a night out in town. This was perfect for me who was looking for a nice getaway with as little driving as possible. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable yet affordable stay in Lake George. I will definitely be returning.

Lake George Getaway
Went to Lake George for a getaway with friends. Really enjoyed the basketball court and fire pit. The room was clean, comfortable and a perfect size and the maids were extremely accommodating. The staff was excellent and friendly. Located within walking distance of the town and the lake. I would highly recommend staying here and plan on doing so again.

Highly Recommend
This Super 8 is not your stereotypical idea of a cheap motel. Not only is it located in a great area with a Stewarts across the street and the town and lake within walking distance, the room was extremely comfortable and nice. Parking is easy and there is even a small playground behind the motel with a basketball court, pool, and outside fire pit. The staff is super hospitable and very accommodating. I highly recommend this motel and plan on staying here again in the future!

Love this place...
Just returned from a stay in Lake George....over the last 15 years or so we have been staying at the Super 8 for our mini vacations.....3 to 4 days at a time and I never have been disappointed.....this time the rooms were newly done....new paint and so happy to see a nice comfortable chair in the room....we had a nice chair for sitting and reading in the evening....always an easy and friendly check in and check out....will be returning again in the fall.....Thanks Jody for yet another great time in Lake George....see you in October...
