We've stayed three times at this Hotel now, having gotten various promotional discounts. Despite this we receive the same exceptional service as if we'd paid full price. The staff are helpful, friendly and polite. The rooms brilliant for families. We will be back again and again.

I visited here with my wife and four friends for two nights. We were here for The Derby (Epsom Racecourse is about 10 minutes away). The staff were very friendly and dealt with a problem we had efficiently. This wasn't down to the hotel, it was the booking system, in that the rate they wanted to charge was over ¿¿150 more across the three rooms than the rate I received in my confirmation email. The staff sorted this out swiftly and ensured we were charged the correct rate. As far as value for money goes, it was a little expensive for what it is, owing to its location as part of the Chessington World of Adventures complex, but it was cheaper than some of the other hotels nearby who had put their prices up for the Derby Weekend.The hotel itself had a lot of novelty value about it, with impressive views looking out of the window onto a paddock with zebra, giraffe and ostriches is quite unique. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, although the air conditioning wasn't very effective which is not usually an issue in the UK but it was the warmest weekend of the year so far.We ate in the restaurant on one of the nights, it wasn't bad, service was very good, food was good too, with a bit of a different menu themed on Southern African reserve the hotel backs on to. We decided against breakfast as it was ¿¿16.95 for a Full English, the same price as a nice piece of steak I had in a nearby restaurant during the stay. The bar was nice, lots of choice and a deck with access to the aforementioned paddock with the animals.It was definitely a hotel for families, enthusiastic children running and screeching around the place which wasn't an issue for us, it was a hotel attached to a theme park after all so what else would we expect? I imagine some people of a certain type would be miserable and complain about the noise!So all in all, a good hotel, probably not an ideal one for an adult trip but it was fine for us and we enjoyed our stay

We had tickets through The Sun offer, included was 50% off a night in the hotel. It was brilliant, we had a top range family room great for us 2 adults and 3 children normally have to book two rooms, but this on was suitable for all of us. The room had a bed with a trundle bed, for my two boys they had their own TV which they loved. The main part of the room had a double bed for us and a single bed for my daughter. The room was clean and had everything you needed, but the view was spectacular, Zebra's, Giraffe's, Ostrich's etc just outside the room beautiful. My children were mesmerised, the TV was a definite second which was lovely.After an easy check in, we went in the park and had a wonderful day, it was quiet so we just walked onto the rides. That evening we decided to eat in the hotel restaurant, the food was really nice and very reasonable, children's three course meal only ¿¿8.50. After our meal we had a walk around the reserve which was nice seeing the animals that we could see from our room up close.We had a very restful sleep in comfy beds. The breakfast was cooked and continental and as much as you liked, it was really nice with a huge selection of both. I can't fault the hotel it was a really great stay, all the staff were very friendly and helpful I would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to spend more than one day in the park.

We wanted to stay near Chessington world of adventures so looked at all the hotels around we then thought about looking at their own hotel which we don't normally do. So we booked it as it didn't seem too expensive plus we got extras. We weren't disappointed. We would have liked to stay another night too but that was too expensive! We parked for free for the two days and check in was easy too. We loved sitting on the landing looking over the animal reserve where there were comfy seats! The breakfast was faultless especially when the characters started coming out. One thing we were a little disappointed in was the early rider. We all (when i say all it seemed like half the hotel was there) waited till 9.20am to be taken over to wild asia and this was the only part of the park which had the rides open early. Then we thought we'd go and wait for Zufari at 9.50am but we discovered that other people (people not staying in the hotel) had been let into the park early so there was already a que!! We thought this extra was pointless. Otherwise we enjoyed our break here.

We stayed At the holiday in for the night after spending the day in chessington Theme park for our children's birthday as they are born on the same day and wanted to do something special, The Hotel was brilliant, so much for the children to do, it had a big tv in the lobby where the children could sit and watch and when we checked in there were staff with little animals for the children to come and see. Check-in was a breeze really easy and didn't have to wait And all sorted within a few mins, Check-in was 3pm like most hotels, and check out was 11am which i thought was good as most theme park hotels we looked at were 10am.. staff were very friendly and helpful and loads of chessington staff around the hotel to help if needed. There were loads of facilities in the hotel for the kids on a daily basis which were given to you on a sheet at check in.. and also leisure facilities and swimming.car park was a little bit hard to find a space but the hotel told us we could park it where we needed so long as it was safe - which we then moved when were came to check in at 5pm as there was loads of open spaces.The Room - Was spacious as the kids had there own room within ours which had 2 single beds and was nicely decorated with a tv, we had purchased the birthday package for our children to make it extra special which had 4 animal print balloons on each bed with a bag that contained a chessington giraffe, activity pack and a badge. The room was extremely clean & really well decorated, Beds were freshly made and all bins emptied, there was a nice amount of condiments in our room but as me and my hubby like our hot drinks we did ask for more which were supplied very easily with no problems, There was plenty of hand wash and shower/body wash provided which was good stuff (dove) - We had a nice size tv which worked great, the bed was very nice to sleep in and had more than enough cushions. - We slept so well.. with it being a family hotel we expected a bit of noise from children, we didnt have any, and there were alot of families in the hotel with us. we were not disturbed in any way and it was very quiet.Hotel Restaurant - We were able to make a reservation for Our evening meal which came in handy, Again very clean and all tables set out nice, we had a set of balloons on our table as it was the children's birthday, when the waitress found out it was both there birthday the same day she sent of for extra balloons so they had a set each which the kids thought was great. we had a table where we could look out the window and see the zebras and giraffes walking around and eating we also saw flamingos and ducks It was a really nice touch and kept the kids very entertained whilst waiting on our food, which wasn't a long wait, you could see your food being made which was very nice as you know what your getting. The food was amazing the kids enjoyed every bit and so did me and my husband, i cant say any of us complained, it came out lovely and warm and was just so tasty, there was loads of choice on the menu and the prices were average, the kids meals were variable in a package of 1,2 or 3 courses which were well priced. The waitress was great so helpful and really friendly, she knew what she was doing, a great service, we also had a girl training with our waitress who again was great. Breakfast the next morning was great again, they had put a note in the room that its busy from 8:30 - 9:30 there was a que when we went down as it was just after half 8 but we waited all of 5 mins before we were seated. Again the food was fantastic with a great choice from cooked breakfast, cereal (a huge variety), to Yogurts and fruit and also pastries, There was a choice of tea, coffee, apple juice, orange juice and water for drinks and the service again was great. Again we could see the animals from the window which the kids loved. At breakfast there was Alex the lion and king Julian from the Madagascar films walking around and having there photos taken, the child
