Treated my Visitors So Well
My wife and I live in Paris and wanted to book a hotel near our apartment for my sister and two of her friends. Looking for a triple with three beds can be tricky but this hotel came up with the goods and included two free breakfasts. From the time we approached the hotel in January until their stay in April, the hotel was fabulous, especially the front desk who took us on tours of the rooms so that we could find the best layout. We had to make a few changes along the way and they were so accommodating. My sister and her friends loved the breakfast. We were also pleased that there was an underground parking garage where we could load up their luggage as they departed for the Loire Valley. Thanks staff and management for helping my sister see why we love Paris so much and have decided to make it our home.

Great Location
Location:Right in heart of Montparnasse. Accessible to Gare Montparnasse and Gaity station. Very close to cafes as well.Service:Not used much. Decent and no complains.Room:Better than Paris standard. Nice and Clean with good bathrooms as well.Value for money:Very good. Good choice for Euro 115.

Great hotel
Excellent location for metro, restaurants and cafes. Clean rooms, good quality bedding and towels, comfortable beds. Shower had great water pressure. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Some of the communal areas could do with upgrading, only a minor point though. Would recommend this hotel for short trips to Paris.

Average to Very Good
I stayed at the Holiday Inn for 2 nights. They were fairly pleasant. I arrived at 7am at the hotel from the airport and I needed my room because I was worn out from my flight. I had specified in my online booking that I wanted an early check-in but they weren't able to do so and I understand since there are no vacant rooms. The problem is that I had to wait till noon to get my room and I was too tired to walk around town, plus the lobby is too small to sit in for hours. The lobby's toilets were quite dirty. I was able to kill time because there are a lot of things surrounding the hotel (even the cemetery is very interesting!). I came back and my room was ready. It was very clean and well-equipped. However, the toilet cabin was outside the bathroom, in a separate room with no trash can. But the main bathroom is quite good and the water temperature is good. The waterflow in the shower is very weak though.The beds are very comfortable and clean. The view from my room was very nice (buildings with terrasses and a lovely cityscape) and the window lets in a lot of light (but the curtains are very thick so you can control the light). There wasn't any noise from where I was staying.The breakfast is pretty generous with a quite nice variety considering the price (15¿¿¿).The staff is very nice and gives you the attention and care you need.

Perfect for a few days in Paris
The hotel was so modern, so clean and the staff was helpful! After waking 12 miles/day the beds were nice and comfy. The view from our window was pretty, we could walk to a huge Metro station, and the cafes around the hotel were nice as well. Definitely recommend!
