terrible
toilet was filthy and mould on walls, hand basin tap was broken, bugs in carpet and on walls, double bed was against the wall making getting in and out hard and so called bed head bad for banging head when sleeping i could go on for ever, i stayed here about 8 years ago and it was great but now i would of rather slept on the street with the homeless. the room is nothing like they show in there pictures and they dont deserve a 3 star rating. The staff were nice but thats it. made me fill really stupid raving about this place from my last stay but image my awful suprise when i opened the door to the room OMG, Comes to something when you stay out till 5 in the morning just so you dont have to be in the room to long, ruined my whole trip.

Good family hotel
We stayed here a few nights before joining a cruise. I have stayed here before and it offers good family accommodation at a very reasonable price particularly over Easter, in a very central location. Our family room was very clean and beds were comfortable.Front desk staff were very helpful and knowledgeable about local sights and transport.The location is fantastic in regards to Paddy's Market, Darling Harbour, Chinatown, buses, monorail and trains.Their accompanying cafe offers fantastic breakfast and light lunches and very raesonably priced which is important whenntravelling with young children and teenagers. The cafe staff were great at their job and friendly.I highly recommend the driver assocaited with the hotel for airport pickups or departures or cruise departures or Arrivals particularly if a group of 8 to 10. The hotel was very accommodating in storing our luggage on our cruise return, before departing Sydeny that same day.All in all, a fantastic time in Sydney and all the staff at Aarons contributed to our fun holiday.We will stay there again for a family holiday.

service and location outstanding, rooms terrible
rooms are horrible and outdated with peeling paint and cheap phones. lift is so slow and doesnt go to the 3rd floor but the saving grace for this place was the bright and cheerful staff who did their best to help in every situation. I left 2 days earlier from my planned stay and did not expect a refund but the diligent desk staff pursued this for me. i was very grateful. The young lady on the front desk needs a pay rise, she is absol the location is awesome too, acroos the road from the markets and a mall and very close to transport hubs. i would stay here again if it was a special price only.

Great stop
Recently I needed to spend the night in Sydney as my husband was in the Sydney Eye Hospital. Deciding to stay at the Aaron Hotel was the best decision. The staff were very friendly and helpful. My room was large, clean, airy, quite and close to everything I needed like Central, China Town, the Markets and good priced restaurants. I will defiantly be staying there again. Thank you

Cheap and easy
A group of friends and I headed down to Sydney for the weekend, just one night at Aarons. The staff members were lovely and our group certainly thought the price was great for the location (right near chinatown and central) as well as being one of the only places we could all stay in the one room together, which was lovely. Nice and clean as well. Expected it to be noisier than it was, as we figured a lot of groups similar to ours would opt for this accomodation, however we found that our room was sound proofed very well once inside.Thanks Aarons :)
