Great value
Great value, we wanted somewhere near the beach and the airport for our last night in LA. Big rooms, clean, comfortable, with underground free parking, continental breakfast. Only small issue is that you can hear a lot of noise from surrounding rooms or if people are walking on the hallway around courtyard. But with the a/c or fan on at night for noise that wasn't an issue for us.

Nice location...
I arrived very late in the evening and was greeted quickly and my checkin was thankfully quick. I was also offered cookies and a cold bottled water--a nice treat after a long flight. The parking lot is under the property and seemed a little sketchy. I wasn't sure if there were any security cameras and--as a single woman travelling alone--that might have made me feel a little safer. That's my only suggestion. The bed was lovely and the room relatively noise free. All of the amenities were present. I would stay again.

Good value in Manhattan Beach, CA
We stayed in this hotel for a weekend and early May, 13, and it was a good stay overall. The check-in process was totally painless and the front desk people really helpful. The room was really clean and despite not being super big, it did the trick. The hideaway bed could use an upgrade, but for a 3 year old it worked just fine. Despite being located on a busy boulevard, we didn't hear any noise at night so good noise insulation. The breakfast was good with varied items like cereal, juices, eggs, bacon, hasbrowns, pancakes, etc. Enough to get a good breakfast. Despite hotels aren't cheap in this area, I thought this was a good hotel considering the convenient underground parking, the breakfast, the cleanliness of the room and the location. You'll need a car to get to the beach though. I'll come back.

We would definitely return
The suite we rented was large and comfortable, with about half of it dedicated to a combination sitting-room/kitchen and the other half to the bedroom/bathroom area. The suite was quiet and clean, the bed comfortable, and the carpets in good condition. The bathroom was large, with a commode and tub in one room and a well-lit sink outside in a corner of the bedroom near the TV. The light over the sink was bright and there was a large, pull-out makeup mirror attached to the wall next to the sink. The flat-screen TV, set above a chest of three large drawers, was placed upon a turntable, so that it could be turned to face either the bedroom or the sitting room. The sitting-room contained a love-seat and a coffee table, and the kitchen had a microwave, sink, and refrigerator. Rooms were situated around a central courtyard which also had tables for those wishing to eat breakfast outside. Parking was ample in a garage below the motel, but the entrance to the lot was rather tight. A somewhat-slow elevator connected the parking with the upper floors. The lobby was good sized and contained a desktop computer-printer that was free for guests. The staff was friendly, attentive, and helpful. The included breakfast consisted of both hot food (scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, hash browns, and waffles), as well as cereal (mostly of the sugared variety) and the usual assortment of coffees and juices. Bagels, bread, and English muffins were available for toasting. On the negative side, the rooms could have been better-lit; there was no grab-bar for the commode and although the tub did have a grab-bar, the plastic bottom was slippery; and the breakfast did not offer any pastries. We stayed there for four nights and had a pleasant stay. We would definitely return.

Work Trip
I only stayed one night for work. Wish I could stay longer but the hotel was fully booked. The location is great, the place is very clean and the rooms are clean and nice. I felt very comfortable. I would recommend this place to all everyone.
