Home away home!!!
Great location. Great buffet @ the grove for reasonable price. Value for money. Staff at the front desk were great and very helpfull. My room was newly renovated it look great. View to airport from 12th floor - priceless. I will certainly stay again. Staff, bed, food ... all make me feel home away from home.

Very nice
Stayed over before we left for Canada. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. The only issues I would have is the cost of the shuttle and no free access to internet any where in the hotel. The Mercure didn't charge for shuttle.

just an airport hotel
the hotel provided a shuttle bus to/from the airport at AUD6 per way. We waited for a while at the waiting area for the bus, and it had no signs where to line up. so we got anxious whenever we saw a bus coming as we thought it was the bus to take us to the hotel, it got us few times to get to the right bus.it was late at night, and we just finished our business meetings somewhere in Australia and we were exhausted.. so as the hotel staff.. they looked very tired and didn't have any facial expression when we checked- in. The room was old but spacious. Wall was thin, and i heard the TV next door. the bed was comfy tho.i love the view, it faces right to the airport.I ordered a noodle for dinner and it was delicious yet expensive.

where is the love
We stayed here to be close to the airport. As we had an early early flight we could not use the free shuttle bus so we had to get a cab to the airport.The rooms are clean and comfortable. No blankets, and the cot was made up for our baby, however it was so hard, I got room service to bring two towels to fold and put on the cot to soften the sleep. Lucky the towels were going under the cot as although clean, just too warn. The soap and shampoo is of a very average. We needed food and although the resturant opened at 6pm, At 545pm we were ushered out and asked to come at 6pm. The atmosphere in there was stark and cold, so we opted for room service which was the standard room service menu and food. The reception staff were ok, cold and 'doing thier job" just no love here. I know it is a travelling business hotel, but I just did not feel any love there, would I stay again....no

saefod buffet
stayed one night awaiting flight. a little worn in places but overall very good.service excellent and the seafood dinner buffet at $60 each is value.shuttle bus to terminal arranged by hotel on time and as we had shopped around a bit for price we were very happy.
